Was clean ad affordable hotel , the bed and the room was very huge

The location is good, close to the center of Nuwara Eliya.
You can enjoy mountain views, and the rooms are clean.
However, one major problem is the shower. There is not much hot water, so guests are required to take a minimum shower.This was a pain.

Отель нам не понравился. Красиво, но в номере было очень холодно, постель была мокрой, в белье были чужие темные волосы. На полу огромные пятна от воды. За обогреватель просили дополнительные 2000 рупий. Спать невозможно-сырость, ветер с гор свистит, старые деревянные окна пропускают холод. Горячая вода была, но там тоже есть правила пользования)
Вид обещали на горы, а по итогу все окна в решетках, ничего не видно. Вайфай не ловит в номерах, мы так и не смогли им воспользоваться. Персонал не говорит на английском, только владелец.
Отель не советуем и не понимаем откуда так много хороших отзывов.
Из приятного были только лошадки))

Хороший отель, замечательное расположение, очень удобно – рядом парки Грегори и Виктория, всё в шаговой доступности; в отеле кроме номера, есть общее пространство, где можно удобно расположиться и отдыхать.
Из окна номера открывается вид на всю долину города Нувара-Элия.
Я проживал в этом отеле пять дней.
Очень комфортно, тихо спокойно!
Приветливый персонал: мне всегда помогали советом и отвечали на вопросы.
В номере есть всё необходимое, даже чайник и возможность попить чай!
