It was an exceptional place and our stay fulfilled our expectations. The owner went over and beyond to make sure our needs were met. The continental breakfast thats offered is by far exceptional and extremely satisfying. We would definitely come again.

The amenity for travellers on this hotel was just great! Somewhere to hang your clothes, PowerPoints with USB and USC points, a sparkling bathroom, very comfortable bed and all impeccably clean. The owner Rob, speaks English and Spanish, couldn’t be more helpful. The neighbourhood has a great restaurant O Parque, supermarket, bars and bakeries. Be advised, this hotel is 3.5k outside (North) the historic centre of Biona, which is not to be missed, and best explored when you walk through.

We wish we had more time in Baiona and could have stayed longer at this charming find. We were warmly and humorously greeted by the owner who checked us in and gave us some info about the area along with a wonderful suggestion for dinner. it was a great meal. He encouraged us to go early and have a drink as they opened for dinner a bit later which is what we did. What a perfect evening. We asked about the church just beside and he let us know there was a mass that evening which we attended otherwise we wouldn’t have seen the inside of this beautiful church. Thanks Robert!

This was one of our best nights on the Camino! Robert, the owner and host, was incredibly friendly and helpful and it was very nice to be able to communicate in English! The hotel itself was gorgeous and the bed was supremely comfortable. There were plenty of options for food and drink nearby and a gorgeous church right next door. The breakfast in the morning was a highlight as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Robert made us feel at home straight away and placed us in the large accessible room downstairs with a lovely comfy chair in the corner. Clean with tasteful decor and pretty toiletries. Robert was especially kind to my daughter. Thank you. Note if you’re travelling on a Sunday not much is open.

I highly recommend hotel Arce!! The owner, Robert was amazing and extremely accommodating! I had just had emergency dental surgery and he went out of his way to get me soft food that I would be able to eat for breakfast. The hotel is in a great part of old town Baiona and is easily walkable. Don’t miss staying at this hidden gem!

Robert was very welcoming and very accommodating for our family who were walking the Camino and need a very good nights sleep! He gave us three separate room as our party of three included a snorer! Very clean and delicious breakfast.

Robert the host is excellent and made sure we had a great stay. The location is perfect for anyone walking the Camino - right at the of the next stage to Vigo. Plenty of excellent eateries and a supermarket across the road. Very comfortable rooms and great showers - a must for any pilgrims!!

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Bags were waiting for us in our room. Great location right next to a historic church. Excellent shower and bath products which felt like haven after a long day of walking. Really comfortable and well equipped room.
