Las sábanas en una semana no se cambiaron La comida muy mala calidad y sin posibilidad de cambios por sentirte indispuesta No tienen cocina , es un catering y de muy mala calidad Íbamos en un grupo de la Comunidad, nos trataban como con desprecio NADA RECOMENDABLE para estar en Galicia

La ducha no funcionaba, el agua caliente no salía adecuadamente, al hotel le falta una cierta modernización, las puertas chirriaban, por lo demás el hotel es un típico de 3 *** de una ciudad mediana, el trato fue correcto en los servicios de desayuno, comida y cena, por lo demás no hubo más trato ya que el sistema es de clave entrando con la misma para la entrada y habitación

La habitación no esta mal para lo que esperas de un 3*, lo unico deberian cambiar los colchones, son de muelles y te levantas por la mañana con dolor de espalda. Lo peor sin duda la persona que está en recepción. Te habla como si te perdonara la vida y se nota que no le gusta su trabajo. Los dueños deberían plante**** tener una persona así como cara de su establecimiento. Si no te gusta el trato al público dedicate a otra cosa, pero no arruines las vacaciones a tus clientes. Todos los hoteles tienen las mismas instalaciones pero lo que marca la diferencia es el servicio y su gente y el arenteiro pierde por goleada.
