Good location if you are traveling to/from OAK airport. Service is above average and facilities is nice too. Gated parking area which makes me feel safer. Will stay again if revisit Oakland.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfy, staff was accommodating and friendly. The location is ok but high in car break-ins . Did not have anything happen to me but it’s very visible the crime surrounding.

Overall, the hotel is okay, with nice facilities and a great environment. I've heard the area is unsafe, but having stayed there a few times, it's still okay. The breakfast is also quite good. I'm a repeat customer and always stay here when I'm in San Francisco.
