convenient location to where I'm going to visit my friends and relatives. Stayed few nights and did not encounter any issue. Breakfast was just fine, enough to start your day. Nearby store and restaurant available. Rooms are clean and good

I booked a room for only 1 night in this hotel with check in at 15 August and check out 16 August with BOOKING. When we went there the receptionist her name start with T , she said that if we booked with ******* or booking or another website like that OUR RESERVATION WOULDN’T BE VALID AND SHE SAID THAT IN THAT CASE THE HOTEL WOULD BE FULL, other ways if we booked at the front desk they can you give us a room. When we ask for explanation,she said that she didn’t give a fu** because it wasn’t her problem. Then when we asked her name she raised her middle finger and throws her badge name and said “ take my motherfu**** badge”, then she started crying . After that she get out from the front desk and she threatened us. There were a lot of people that kept her calm and the block her to attack us (?). There was a camera that recorded everything. I hope that with this review, the HOTEL manager can take Serious measures for that girl , because she was crazy and her behaviour was unacceptable and Inappropriate

Check in process was easy, room was very specious and clean. Very accessible to everything. Would definitely stay here again,its hard to find a convenient spot that is affordable, in a convenient location, and with friendly staff. I have had extended stay experiences before, and this was the best.

I normally dont put up a reviews on places that I've been but i had a great time staying at Exteded Stay America. Great place to stay and awesome customer service. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends. A place that is good for the price. I'll definitely come back and stay again.

I got here around 11 pm. The person at desk was pretty nice and gave a good first impression of the place. I went upstaris (third floor) to my room, all doors and drawers were open which was weird but nothing to worry about I guess. As soon as I walked in I noticed that the floor was very sticky, which was disgusting but nothing I couldn't live with. The room was full of cleaning supplies which was also weird, I tried to call the front desk and ask about it but the phone doesn't work. I went down stairs (because the elevator isn't working either) to ask on the front desk but there was no one, just left the supplies on the hallway. The next morning I woke up and went downstairs to claim the free breakfast offered on the site. They didn't have any, so if you see that they offer breakfast don't believe that, they don't do that anymore and haven't updated the website. I mentioned the cleaning supplies thing not as a complain but as a heads up that I left everything on the hallway. They got very defensive about it, insisting that my room was clean when I didn't even mention anything about it being clean or not. They realized that they also left some bed sheets so one of the staff came upstairs with me and I gave them the bed sheets that they were looking for, then they noticed that I had no soap, no toilet paper, no shampoo, they hadn't prepared the room at all. I really just want a refund by now, I feel stupid paying this amount of money for a place like this.

Save your money. Don't stay here. I've stayed in my fair share of dirty hotels and can manage for the most part but when you see cockroaches, that's where I draw the line. When I first got to the floor my room was on, it already smelled of smoke even though I requested a non-smoking room. When I went into the bathroom, the sink and bathrooms had hairs in it as if it was never cleaned. Right when I was going to take a shower, I saw something on the wall and thought it was just a moth, but turns out to be a large cockroach. I immediately packed up my stuff and went downstairs to check out. I think this hotel is short staffed. When I checked in, Lydia at the front desk was on the phone but pretty sure it was a personal call, as I waited a couple moments and watched her hang up on the person. I was still polite and patient. When I went downstairs to tell her of my issue, she was cordial and did my refund as requested. However, it wasn't the full amount that I had paid and I asked to speak to a manager but she told me there was no manager and to call back the next day to figure it out. It wasn't until I pushed back a bit where she called some support number but ended up telling me the same thing and I had to call another number to solve my issue and get my full refund. Management - this roach issue looks like it's been going on for awhile. Don't respond to reviews and say you're addressing it when it's STILL occurring.

After stay at this hotel ,I have a terrible headache. While I ordered online it's showed an irror, so used another card to pay. After that I had 3 payments for one night. Now I call to hotel and bank to resolve this problem, it takes hours of my time. Also ,I asked an invoice at front desk ,they denied and said that they don't give any invoices. Terrible service.
