Ended up staying here for a night while on a trip with my wife for a best friends wedding but Amazing service I could not be more satisfied from start to finish even after. Bags were taken in from the beginning straight to our room after check in. Room was clean and with a gorgeous view of the city. Felt welcomed our whole stay. We went down to the pool and towels were easily accessible and great area to swim in and relax. We then decided to have dinner down by the pool which was delicious and service was great. Server was very attentive and polite. At this point I wish we had more time to stay another night. Then ended the night relaxing in bed when we still craved refreshments from dinner and room service was fast. While getting ready to leave the next morning I noticed I left my iPad in the room and when I reached out to a manager through email (Carlos Sosa Navarrete) since calling wasn’t working for me he was really helpful and was able to send a taxi to deliver my iPad to the airport. He was so responsive through email. Honestly best experience I’ve had compared to back home. Don’t have nothing negative to say besides we wish we could’ve stayed longer. I never leave reviews but this place was a must and wasn’t missing an opportunity to let others know of this amazing spot.

Very good location, beautiful view and large gardens that are worth exploring, in my opinion the only thing I would add is a gym. From there everything was excellent, we loved it and of course we would stay there again.

Buenas noches, no quise dejar pasar, esta fue la 3ra vez que me quedo en ese hotel y lo que no me gusto por parte del área de recepción que el dia jueves 22 enero aproximadamente 4 pm que llego para mi registro me asignan la habitan 105 que esa era mi habitación reservada, al llegar a la habitación veo que no es lo que yo pague y regreso a recepción comento que no es lo que ya había reservado recordaba que era de otro tono las camas (rojo), me dice la recepcionista que perdón pero habia habido un error con la habitación asignada. Por la actitud de la recepciónista siento que fue con dolo de que de no haber dicho o aclarado algo, me hubieran dejado en esa habitación. Que mal, lastima de tener empleados así
