Asia Beach Resort & Spa Hotel

My stay at Asia Beach Resort and Spa has been a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff truly made a difference - always cheerful, smiling, and incredibly helpful. A special thanks to Fatma and Hüseyin from the lobby bar, who really contributed to making my holiday memorable. Their good humor and friendliness were contagious, and they were always ready to assist me whenever I needed it. The hotel's atmosphere was wonderfully relaxed, and the facilities were excellent. My son really enjoyed dancing at the mini disco every evening, which was a delight to see. The room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the sea, creating the perfect setting for our stay. I also truly enjoyed the culinary experiences at the hotel's restaurants and snack bar - the food was both delicious and diverse. The staff even went so far as to help me arrange a birthday celebration for one of my travel companions. They decorated the table festively, sang a birthday song, and served a delicious cake. It was truly an extraordinary gesture that we greatly appreciated. All in all, my stay at Asia Beach Resort and Spa was a true pleasure, and I will definitely return again and again. Thank you to the entire staff for an unforgettable holiday experience!

Thank you Asia Beach Resort&Spa hotel!My family and i rested in your hotel from May 15 to 22.You have a very well organized catering.The food is very tasty,the selection is large.The hotel staff are all helpful andfriendly.I also liked that a small tunnel led to the sea and few kilometers to Alanya.Thank you Mahahat for the nice hammam and of course the massage,it was great!Greetings!From Estonia!

First thing 1st: The location is just fabulous, the photos do not express to impress , but the Reality really does!!! We were 8 People from the same family and we thought we have to go outside the hotel to have fun, again the Reality "stroke " us: we could hardly go out from the hotel since all the fun and animation was created by all the fine people that were there to entretrain us: Nuh ( best Brand- Ambassador , Fred , to whom 's presence was always a real feast to one' s eye, Miraa, Recep, Imre, Ahmed, Cafer ( always a Gentleman and very polite), Kaya, Abdullah ( excellent!!!l)Ugur and not the Last Hussein ( Master Chef!!!!) Without you All, our holiday wouldn' t have been so great!You are all polite, friendly, easy- going!!! We are defintley coming back very soon.

Nice hotel whit everything. Best hamam in city , Maya took wery well care of us and very good on massage, my wife loved it. This is the second time we travel down her and we will come back again. Nice pool, good food and excellent service from all personal.

I enjoyed the massage from Asel very much. She was very profesional and kind...she is really a nice woman.her hand was warm...and i suggest you to have masage whith Asel..😉.........................................................

I would like to thank all the staff and people working at the spa as this experience made my stay amazing! Stayed for 10 days and went in for massages and sauna every day - what a way to feel relaxed and happy😌 Would like to personally say thank you to great people like Wardana, Lima and Natali - for warm smiles and comunication, nice and welcoming service and just simply feeling like I was at my second home! Will definitely come back 😊

I came for a week for a business trip. It has its own beach close to the center and the beach. They open their piers every year in May due to weather conditions. For example, it is raining all day today and they are right.The animation staff was pleasant, the service and kitchen were also good, the reception and cleaning services were also good. Yesterday the weather was beautiful and I was at the beach all day. Unfortunately it is rainy today. There are bowling alleys and cinemas.My special thanks go to the Guest Relations team, Basak and Ugura. I will definitely come again

so advertised as a 5 star but compared to spain standards its a Low 4 star. all 4 of us has a very quite stomach bug at day 3 i belive it was the water as my kids rarely eat the food. Room- nice and big but needs upgrading. We booked the bunk bed room for kids my oldest is 5 and could get up and down the ladder safely even i struggled. cleaning was an issue we were all sick. but linen changes were few and far between and towels. my 5 year old was sick everywhere so this was an issue. mini bar good juice and watr but after 5 days they no longer left any so u had to ask. the floor was flithy the 1st night my feet were dirty and we had only been in room for a few hours. Hotel- mainly all russian, german, dutch and others hardly any english so they were not used to having us there. some rudeness from staff but they warmed up in the end. location- great has promanade to walk down and up 10 min bus into alanya town only 21 lira. recommend cable cars. shop around for days out we did jeep safari was great. trip advisor in hotel very pushy so stay away Lifts- have a mind of own if u need one as i do having a pram you could be waiting 10–15 mins some times they would go up and down and pass your floor. enterainment team- we went at beginning of session so they were ok some water polo etc. kids entertainment lacking. kids club facilities amazing but there no interaction by the worker with my children only the ones she wanted to she did no craft etc just sat there and had no personallity seen she works with children. The kids club times 1000-1230 and 1430-1700 which to me are not suitable as these are the cooler times u want it open when its hot to get them out of the sun. then nothing in the evenving. there was a cinema showing kids movies 1430-1700. then the MINI disco 20 mins same songs all baby songs. then adult entertainment if it was on. They have day off sundays. In spain kids disco is Parrot show etc. food- was ok not the best variety. lots of stewed meats not a grea choice for the kids very much cater for other countries which is fine i dont go on holiday to eat a fry up every morning but there was no english options. Food was always cold. They would cook it way in advanced as seen at lunch they would be cooking the burgers at 0930 am and snack bar didnt open until 1200 so it had been sat there. there was fresh options at time creps, beach pancakes, meats ice cream. beach- was nice but no pier just a metal frame. The park on beach very run down one slide and 2 swings pool and slides= alot smaller than photo but good inside and outside pool. ice cream- only between 1400-1600 only but good selection drinks- juice and hot drinks on tap. proper coke etc and spirits good and they do milkshakes for the kids. other guests can be very rude no respect for staff and other people cleaniness- cant flush toilet paper thats fine but the toilet stink so bad at time and can be very dirty on the floors. main areas for improvement- general upgrade and clean clea
