Anmeldung The front desk lady looked a little unhappy, maybe she was in a bad mood today, or she was not feeling well. The hotel room facilities are very different. My colleague was very stylish on the first floor, but the second floor seemed to need improvement. Maybe the hotel is plan.

I stayed here while travelling on business. Easy to get to, and easy to park. Rooms look newly renovated. Great choice if you need a place to stay while travelling through that area.

Not a four star hotel - no phone, tablet does not work, no minibar. Have to go downstairs for any request. Poor service overall. Price hiked due to the business event in town (overpriced)

Friendly staff, rooms are a good size, and great amenities. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

No fridge in room. No coffee making facilities in room. Water in room not replaced. Room too hot, not possible to open windows and aircon not working. Only one lift working leading to waits. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Isolated location, no local bars restaurants etc.

No Air condition while 30°C is outside during the day, did complain, but no action made by the hotel. Frogs keeping myself awake for the full night. Checked out early but was expected to pay for the full visit. Not friendly staff when pointing out that they had room for improvements.

It was good although the hotel was dirty, and had a weird smell in the lobby. And also; if your car is higher than 2.1m, i think it was, you cant park in their parking and have to park somewhere else, good thing we found a space on the road infront of the hotel...

Excellent Hotel & nice staff, but in facility each room need min. small refrigerator and teapot! If room have 2 items, its perfect hotel!

We had originally booked for 1 night but extended to 3 nights. Great family room and excellent breakfast. Short distance to public transport and to Frankfurt city center. The only things that I whant to remark are the following: 1. Lack of small fridge 2. Small TV, hotels use 50 "tv now 3. Most people have a smartphone or pad. TV should have the option of streaming from the devices.

The Hotel and the room were very nice and due to its location it was also very quiet at night. It takes a nice walk of about 20 minutes from the hotel to the center of town. They serve a very nice breakfast buffet and have one-way gloves for the guest prior to entering the buffet area. The only thing we disliked was that with €22.00 per person the breakfast was very expensive.
