The receptionist Iva was very kind, polite and helpful with us from the first day. Bravo! The staff is trying to do their job quite well. Just one person (not the bar employee!) whom we asked to change the loud rap repetitive music during the dinner, was rude. The hotel was clean (except the towels). I give only two stars because the food is very bad. The coffee is terrible (worst I have ever drank). I think is not about the cook, but for sure is about very low quality food.

For us this experience was a poor one and we left the hotel earlier than we paid. The hotel is clean (but maybe we were lucky because we were the first tourists in 2022), the rooms are good (the single bad aspect in the room was the towels… trash towels really). The beach is very nice, very close to the hotel. But the seats are very poor, no mattress on them so you cannot stay more hours without hurting your back. THE TERRIBLE THINGS: the food! It’s almost no edible. The single thing we could eat was the cheese with some tomatoes. Everything else (pork steak, fried potatoes, breakfast and so on were so so bad). Even the drinks at the bar are very poor. We drank only soda water but I think that even this thing was a bad idea. We found a Lidl 35km away and we bought water and some food - bread, jam - that we ate at the breakfast. Not recommending to anyone

Hotel to avoid at all costs nothing goes in this hotel from start to finish rude staff dirty room with underwear found on the pillow road leading back to the disastrous hotel I almost left a bumper that didn't make you not like me I was refused a refund because I didn't want to stay here my pregnant wife almost slipped because there was water at the entrance and it was very dirty with lots of flies inside and the bad smell I don't think it was cleaned I complained there was a woman she came to clean with an unacceptable beach towel I left and I didn't stay here and they lied to ******* saying that It's me who didn't want to, frankly, it's the pure experience of my life, don't come here, dear tourist, go elsewhere, it's better because you'll regret it, don't trust the note, it's a false note and the worst is when I told her the rest I don't call ******* she taunts us with her look and completely doesn't care about us especially my pregnant wife no compassion while it's We, the customers, in short, it's not a hotel but rather an inn to avoid!!!
