For starter, the price per night is too high compared to the quality of what you get. The rooms desperately need cleanup and some renovation because they are not well maintained. The walls were dirty and the curtains ripped, the bathroom wasn't well cleaned. The breakfast was good but not something exceptional for the money you pay. The staff was very passive and at times even grumpy. On the top of that, we recommend to take with you shower gel and shampoo because they never recharge the ones in the bathroom. Also the hotel restaurant doesn't work for lunch and the only option is to order a sandwich. During our stay in the beginning of September the hotel was empty, the beach bar and drink lounge were closed, so a lot of the commodities that they suppose to offer were not available. To reach "the beach at first line" is quite extreme adventure, because you need to walk trough unstable pathway with lots of stairs which are dangerous and not safe. We don't recommend to take the risk, especially with little kids and even if you reach it its not safe guarded. No lounge chairs or lifeguards.

The hotel will put you out of the way, rooms fine, clean. Food served as a menu - small portions, long waiting time. Wooden stairs of death lead to the beach, it's scary to walk on them because they are rotten. The service at the reception leaves much to be desired. I wanted to rest but couldn't as there was a wedding at the hotel which disturbed my peace. For the money this hotel did not meet my expectations. I highly do not recommend this hotel!

Complexe particulier puisque cet hôtel partage ce complexe avec des appartements privés ouverts à la location. Pour mon expérience, séjournant dans un des appartements privés, j'ai simplement voulu me renseigner sur les prestations payantes où gratuites accessibles pour moi. L'agent d'accueil de la journée qui paraissait endormi, n'a pas voulu faire trop d'effort pour comprendre mon anglais approximatif ni lire mes traductions sur Google pour finir par me dire qu'il ne s'occupait pas des appartements privés. J'ai insisté pour savoir si en payant je pouvais accéder au "spa". Il m'a indiqué que oui avec pour précision que par spa cet hôtel entend piscine intérieure et salle de sport... Nous n'avons pas la même notion du terme. Je tiens à féliciter le personnel de ménage qui a beaucoup de travail à cause de vacanciers sans gêne qui laissent leurs déchets et le personnel d'entretien qui répare l'accès à la plage toujours à cause de vacanciers qui cassent les escaliers en bois. Cet hôtel a pour lui un cadre exceptionnel et s'adresse à des vacanciers en quête de tranquillité.

Hotel piękny, pokoje czyste i ładne, ale jedzenie było większość pobytu w formie menu (małe porcje), napoje do kolacji płatne oczywiście nikt Was o tym nie poinformuje. Obsługa recepcji była bezczelna. Basen wewnętrzny nieczynny, brak sklepów w hotelu, niebezpieczne drewniane zejście na plażę (rodziny z dziećmi, osoby starsze, grubsze, niepełnosprawne nie dadzą rady). Pojechaliśmy odpocząć, ale nam się nie udało, bo w hotelu odbyło się wesele, o którym nikt nas nie poinformował i trwało ono do rana. Nie polecam tego hotelu za te pieniądze w Bułgarii można znaleźć dużo lepsze warunki.

Piękna architektura hotelu w stylu orientalnym. Oddalone od zgiełku, bardzo dobre jedzenie. Wyjątek stanowi kawa z automatu, która zasługuje na 1dynkę. Zejście na plażę drewnianymi schodkami w dół. Nie polecam dla rodzin z malutkimi dziećmi.
