Ocala Suites

The room looked nice, but it was really dirty. The bottom on our feet went black. This happens if the floors are not mopped and cleaned.

We stayed one night. We booked a king and they didn't have one at check in. The room was big. I liked the full kitchen. The rug in the room was dirty. Both beds in the room needed to be replaced. It was hot in the room. It was ok but it should have been priced more affordable.

I didn't expect much when I pulled into the parking lot but I was pleasantly surprised. Staff was super nice and helpful. Cookies at 4pm, continental breakfast, a full size fridge and a comfortable bed were all appreciated.

2nd year in a row staying here. Very clean and comfortable. Very uncommon to find standard rooms with a full kitchen which includes full size refrigerator, full size stove and microwave along with cookware. That is the reason I come back.

I reserved a king bed non smoking, checked into a two queen bed room. Tv did work, staff had to come fix the tv. Other than that the room was good.

Newly renovated rooms. Large comfortable rooms with kitchenette. Breakfast area was well kept staff was friendly.

Simple facilities clean easy access.staff were professional and courteous Using TV was a challenge. Needed staff to get it working.

The room was very clean and quiet on the second floor. I appreciated all the emails with welcome, checkin, and checkout. Good experience.

When we checked in the lady at the front desk was extremely nice. Got to the room, it smelled like smoke and musky. Some towels smelled, other looked dirty, the kitchen had ants all of the counter, the bathroom had no shower curtain. Breakfast was held in a 2x4 room, with maybe 4 tables and a small amount of chairs so basically forcing you to eat in your room. Only food provided was muffins, bagels, waffles banana, cereal and yogurts. The neighborhood was definitely not the cleanest and definitely looked like a sketchy area making it feel unsafe and uncomfortable.
