Best Western Ocala Park Centre I-75

The location is great and the front desk staff is professional, friendly, courteous and helpful. The breakfast was nice and you could also make fresh waffles. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool area looked very nice. We were only there for one night. A few steps away is the Cracker Barrel restaurant and store which is great to have a meal without having to drive to another location.

On a recent all day trip from Ohio to Florida I made a decision to stop for the night and find a hotel room. With a little luck I stumbled upon the Best Western Ocala Park Center in Ocala Florida. It was past midnight but the Best Western has a room. I was greeted with a smile by Ladrela, who took very good care of me. Thank you Ladrela! the hotel was in great condition and very clean. A great value for the price and a great place to stay.

Quick summary: clean, comfortable room. Separate sink area from the tub/shower, but the fan roars on automatically in the toilet area if you turn on the light. The usual BW amenities except in-room coffee maker. We stayed in room 106 one night o a road trip. There were two comfy double beds and pillows. The usual amenities that we expect at a BW: fridge, microwave oven, desk with ergo sitting chair, etc. Surprisingly, we did not have a coffee maker in the room. Three drawer chest of drawers to settle in. Iron/board. Sitting chair with ottoman - very nice to relax after the end of a long day. The bathroom had a tub/shower combo with a separate sink area in the entryway. Personally, i am not a fan on this type of renovation unless there is a night light to guide you at night. You can't leave the light on in the tub/shower/toilet area because it roars and would keep you up. Conditioning shampoo provided, but bring your own body lotion and separate shampoo and condition if that if=s more of your reoutine. HVAC and complimentary wifi work very well. TV with many channels. Very good breakfast is served in a nice setting in the pool house. There are hot and cold items - cereals, breads, sausage, scrambled eggs, yogurts, fresh fruit, juices, make-your-own waffle, etc. My usual gripe: my husband and i wish the coffee was stronger. Easy location off highway I-75. A number of good restaurants in the area.

I checked in August 28 for 2 days. Went back to the front desk on August 20, 2025 to extend my stay. Assistant Manager, told me I would need to do ANOTHER deposit to extend my stay (RED FLAG) I inform him that I have never heard nor needed to do that at any other location. With distain, he retorts every location is independently owned with different rules. Understandable, but really, no. I paid in cash for both the initial stay and extended stay. (They have cameras) However, they tried to charge my card 3 times prior to my arrival (RED FLAG) and then Again when I paid cash for the extra days! I still have a pending for over 187$ on my card! It is my belief, that the assistant took my cash for himself and then tried to charge my card for the money. When I arrived with my complaint, September 12, 2025 , almost a month after the charge, I met the manager Cynthia, who defended the employee without reviewing the camera footage, thus making herself an accomplice to the theft. I was told it was Cas App's fault, I was told I did not pay with cash, I was told every lie possible to cover up the fact that this location does side deals and steals. I have receipts that prove what I have stated regarding my card transactions. DO NOT STAY HERE, They give Best Western a horror name.

Yes, the breakfast room can get crowded. Very comfortable bed, shower was ok. Nice fire pit in the back by the pool if you want to relax. Cracker Barrel restaurant a short walk through the parking lot. Not convenient to Silver Springs, just off I-75. Front desk clerks not the most professional, neither was the general manager welcoming. Check your bill if you made a reservation using the app or your online account that point or gift card are applied. The room and bathroom were clean, that’s my bottom line.

Great stay Dennis at front desk was awesome! Friendly, polite, Quickest check in i have ever had and so funny and rooms were clean, quiet, felt safe,facilities were clean, breakfast was great, good selection and really clean Im a clean freak and felt at ease and looked at everything and very well cleaned and not one bug. Parking lot safe and secure for us and our vehicle We will stay here again and again

Found a roach first night, Acting manager didn't care, no housekeeping the next day. But the staff service were kind and friendly.

OK, so I’m the land surveyor right. This building‘s walls are inset with these massive calumns that almost remind me of pyramids or something, but they’re slanted as they go up so I think this could be the last building standing if the most massive force came through and wiped everything out. OK that aside, Josh was absolutely so hospitable. Really he was the only one here without a chip on his shoulder. Seems to be a lot of unhappy people, but this is still the best hotel and I have a few more reasons why.They have a pool in a hot tub. They have multiple smoking areas in inconspicuous locations. They have a free breakfast. The location is great. You’re right here by 200. Cracker Barrel is literally next-door. Malls are a few minutes away. It’s Florida. But Josh is cool.

I accidentally left an article of clothing in my room when checking out on March 25th. Housekeeping recovered the item and after a few phone calls I was able to arrange to have it shipped back to me. Very much appreciated as the item also contained the keys to my vehicle that was sitting at the airport in Wisconsin! Many thanks to the housekeeper and to the front desk (Peter I think his name was) for connecting me with my missing jacket. PS The room was clean and pleasant.
