Hotel is good but the breakfast option is so limited and expensive.

Excellent stay! Are room was clean, our getaway was awesome, two nights done right!

I felt that the place was cleaner than other reviews because it seemed like they had recently remodeled. However, I found the shower to be a bit inconvenient because the drainage wasn't working properly. Additionally, I don't understand why the housekeeping started knocking on the door as early as 9am. I would prefer if they did housekeeping after the checkout time.

The hotel itself is nice. Its clean, the staff is attentive and handled their business. The decor has character, but the furniture in the room is dated. It could use an update but overall it sufficed.

My cable was out 3 days and had to have them come and fit it. While they were rather quick about it, why was it out?

Very disappointed with our stay. We specifically asked for a quiet room and were given a room with AC equipment for the hotel and other rooms right in front of our window . View of a rooftop with air conditioning units right on it. It was so loud all night, none of us were sleeping. The AC inside of our room was insanely loud and made strange noises. When turned off, we heard the AC units outside our window and our neighbour’s AC all night. For the price we payed it definitely was NOT worth it. It’s very disappointing as we have used this chain of hotels in the past with only good experiences. We had a horrible stay at this one.

Very nice rooms, quiet. One staff member wasn’t so pleasant. She acted as if she was being bothered when checking in. Other staff members were fantastic.

Maid staff speaks VERY poor English. Some furniture was tattered. 2x ply toilet paper in bathrooms. For $300 a night, I would've expected better.

Every day there was another issue with my room—no wash cloths 2 days in a row, no Kleenex one day, bed not made last day I was there. Housekeeping staff obviously did not do a good job.
