Quality Inn & Suites I-75

I stayed there for 8 weeks while in transition to a move with a new job. Each time, I stayed for 5 nights. But only one week did my room get cleaned for one day. It’s supposed to be the 3rd day only. But I never got that either except once.

Bathroom floor had built up dirt, grass around bed frame, and vent in bathroom covered in dust when we arrived. Staff were informational upon check in and exit but cleanliness of room was concern for price of almost 300 for one night.

We were very unhappy with our one night stay at this hotel. We waited until the morning to get our showers. Unfortunately, we were woken up at approximately 4:30 am, to a bubbling sound. When we went to use the toilet and get our showers, we discovered the bathtub was full of poop water and flushing the toilet would make it overflow. We told the indifferent staff lady at the desk, who told us they are aware there was a problem. She offered no apology and told us that since we booked with a third-party (*******), we would have to complain to them. I would not recommend a stay at this location, and we are Choice members.

This was way too much money for the quality of hotel. The breakfast buffet was advertised as very good. They were out of hot food each morning. We were there within 20 minutes. The first morning of our stay in over 30 minutes of waiting. The eggs and sausage were not restocked. The second morning it was a little quicker but the food quality was not good! We paid around $200 per night, and the night after we left the hotel went down to the '80s. That would have been an appropriate amount

its obviously a 40-50 year old building. the interiors of the rooms have been redone very well. parking lot redo looks very nice, until it rains, and water has no place to go near the building. breakfast offering somewhat lacking considering the room price we paid.

If you don’t like motel style, don’t stay here. Outside door was standing open when we got there. Floor was filthy because of stuff blowing in. Bathroom was filthy, staff was not helpful. Walls are very thin. We heard the neighbor hit snooze 9 times before he shut it off.

Was disappointed in the lack of variety for breakfast. Same the two mornings I ate there. Did not even try on the third morning, before I left.

Right on I-75. Very loud all night. Had key issue and TV remote had dead batteries.
