Always excellent service when I go here along with housekeeping they all do a awesome job with cleaning the rooms and the maintenance staff also do awesome work to keep everything up

Crumbs in the bed and a reddish blood type splatter on bathroom wall. Dust and dirt in corners and in front of baseboards. Called down to the front desk from my room telephone (that was quite dirty, with crumbs and dirty under the receiver) and was put on hold immediately for 12 minutes. Glad there wasn't an emergency in the room. The staff at check-in and check-out were nice. Spoiled milk at breakfast.
