Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Ocala Southwest

It was very nice staff and clean yer had a mildew odor in the room and the furniture was chewed up old looking floors were newer yet old furniture was not appealing

This hotel is tired. The pillows are great, but the beds are old. I wouldn’t call this the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Staff is nice. It is located next to a highway, but I could not hear It-so that was good! Not bad for one night. The morning I left, my floor smelled like cigarettes. I enjoyed the waffle maker and cereal choices for breakfast. If I came back, I would not stay there again though due to it feeling old and dirty.

Room was clean. This place needs some updates but it was a decent place to stay. We were there for 8 days some days we got wash cloths and some days we didn't. Some day we had toilet papet and some days we didn't. Air condition was great.

Room had a strange smell...as if it had been smoked in. Was also an adjoining room. Dont like that. Women traveling should not have adjoining rooms unless asked for. Hotel was full abd unable to move us but they did come to assure all was secured.

We, especially the grandkids, enjoyed the indoor pool. Also loved the pool hrs, which were 6am to 12 midnight.

Poor management, loony clean, elevators disgusting, elevator trach dirty, when you get to the floor the carpet is disgustingly, small bad, dirty spot, room old, pool full of dirt, dry tree leaves inside, out side dirty as well. This property, do not get clean daily . A super 6 or super 8 is much better. Please don’t waist your money here. I spend 7hundred for 2 nights…. Expecting something decent. But no unfortunately no …..

The hotel really needed a makeover, but the staff was very very nice. Front doors did not work while we were there. We had to use a side door, which did not seem very safe to me.

At the front desk, Grace was outstanding for her courtesy and helpfulness. Grace was glad to help with any of our requests.
