Hotel met our needs.

They have to change my room because when I got there they smell horrible nasty like humidity and smell like was animals there

The rate was cheap and the 2 staff I dealt with were kind and professional. Thats where it ends. There were exposed outlets/wiring in the room. The security chain was broken off the door. The smoke detector was covered with plastic. We had to pay extra for a room with a mini fridge. It didnt work. Then there was the filth. The hand soap dispenser in the bathroom has visible grime on the pump. So you know its never cleaned. There was gunk and junk in all the corners of everything. One of the 2 mattresses in a 2 queen room had no life left and sank straight to the box spring. I have no idea how this place was rated an 8 on guest ratings. Its a 5 at best.

When you make a reservation 2 to 2 1/2 weeks in advance I would expect when I get there that they don't oversell the room that's the purpose of me setting a reservation I set a specific room for specific dates and then they rented it to somebody else thats smh! what else would you expect for a red roof

Booked a jacuzzi tub room, went into room tub was filthy with broken faucet and cracked interior, completely unusable. Was moved to a regular room which looked clean but smelled like urine. There was a coffee make with 1 nly.decafe coffee nothing else, not even cups. Desk staff were very nice and did their best. Bed was comfortable. Overall ok for 1 night but not impressed.

Room 106 had a strong musky smell. Flooring looked like it had water damage. Shower looked like it had a hole that had been repaired. And, barking dog was a great alarm clock said no one ever. The lobby was amazingly clean and nice looking. The staff were very friendly and courteous. Based on this experience, I probably would never choose a red roof inn again.

The hotel was the cleanest of any hotel where I have ever stayed. Took a while for the hot water in the shower. Room walls are thin and one could hear noises from the closest rooms

The staff was friendly. The property was old, outdated, no breakfast. Coffee was terrible undrinkable. No lamps in the room, no way to charge the phones. Water leaked all over the bathroom floor. The room was so overpriced at over $300. It should have been $50.

The room was clean, there was a large scuff/scrape mark on the floor in the room near the tv, some poor repairs in the bathroom, crack in bathroom sink, crack in frame of mirror and poor drywall repair around the shower surround. Beds were comfortable. No breakfast coffe cups were tiny and lids did not fit. Front desk staff had airpod in and was in no hurry to end her call when I approached the desk and I gave her time too. She did not have a warm welcoming attitude. When we checked out that person was different and polite.
