Clean & nice place

My room was disgustingly hot. The air conditioning was broken and the best the staff could do was send someone to fix It after my check out.

We love staying at this hotel since every room has an ocean view. You wake up, look over, and there's the ocean! Also there are full kitchens in the rooms which is convenient - so you can bring food to cook and avoid eating too much junk.

The hotel itself is a little dated, however it was extremely clean and the amenities were A1 . The direct beach access was the absolute best , will definitely recommend.

Hilton Ocean City Oceanfront Suites – Declining Standards This was our fourth stay, and the drop in maintenance and service was a deal breaker. While the location and suite size remain strong, cleanliness and upkeep were disappointing. The pool was dirty (sand, bandages, hair), jets were broken, and overall hygiene was concerning. In our room, we had no hot water one day and no water at all the next—unacceptable at this price point. Additional issues included a missing wardrobe door, a rusty balcony door, and a faulty AC control. The hotel offered a small restaurant credit that didn’t even cover breakfast for our family, which felt inadequate given the disruption. We’ve enjoyed this property in the past, but this stay was a clear step down. The location is great, but maintenance and service need significant improvement.

View unobstructed, personnel very nice, knowledgeable and polite. Room 608 has the end of a piece of furniture which is very close to the bed and may cause injury to someone. Restaurant food excellent. Wait staff excellent. Room service excellent.

The hotel was very nice and the view was outstanding!! We however did not love our room. From rusty lamps to wrinkly rugs. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes, and we had to ask for kitchen towels. We really enjoyed the restaurant and the staff.

This was just the quick getaway I needed. I'm coming back to this exact hotel in the summer. Everybody was great and so accommodating!!

The location was ideal with a private balcony right on the beach. The entire staff. front desk, restaurant, housekeeping. was excellent.
