Ocean View Beach Hotel

Excellent customer service very clean space and the hotel was fery quiet and has various restaurants around very convenient

The hotel was fine for a short stay. We are glad we stayed. The staff were helpful and friendly. We were made to feel comfortable and we had access to the beach for free. The hotel was close to everything and there was free parking which we used as we were constantly visiting family. The one thing that could be improved is the plumbing. The toilet blocks easy. I read previous comments on this but didn't think it would happen to us but it did. It would also have been amazing if the tv was actually smart so we could watch netflix or screen share. We would stay again for a short affordable stay

Parking felt safe because there was a gate. There was a gateman when we checked in. After that however, we had to open the gate ourselves. Our room smelled. The bathroom stall was clean.

The room is very basic. The beach is a pay per visit view. The hotel is in a very noisey area and the rooftop bar is not maintained and the tables are all falling apart. Its difficult to walk out of the parking lot as the street hustlers are overwhelming

The room was clean but you could offer clean towels for guest who stayed for more than 1 night. I did get them when I asked but I would be nice if they were in the room.

One of the hidden Gems in Ocho Rios! Room was spotless, staff were curtious and friendly and Location was second superb!! Already planning my next trip back.
