This is our 5 th visit to this resort and let us tell you it just keeps getting better. The new GM Omar is so personable and very visible. He greeted us at the entrance when we arrived and from that moment on he knew our names and spoke with us every single time he saw us. The management team at this resort are incredible Omar, Sheldon, Marvin, Lancelot and Tamara …. WELL DONE Loyalty and travel team Odane, Jessica and Simone the best and always make sure we don’t leave with at least one more trip added to our bookings. Jessica thank you for joining us at the VIP lunch it was nice to have you there with us Housekeeping Eliyah and Estena that made sure the Grand Duchess was always spotless and well stocked as well as the ladies that did turn down every evening …room 155 thanks you. The in room bar staff that makes sure the bar on the verandah is always full thank you The terrace. Our girl Stephnie always there to greet us with that beautiful smile and a “ good morning Cathie, good morning John” starts our day off ! She knows exactly what we want without us asking. David with that adorable smile at the omelette station I’m trying hard to not destroy my over hard egg the way you taught me. The rest of the staff at the terrace and the grill do an outstanding job of making sure you are welcomed and well looked after. Tianna, Vanya, Sherika, Staci-Ann, Courtney, Wilton always there eager to please The new HTP staff always smiling and ready to learn. Junior, Staci, Garnett, Trecel,Angie , Romaine, Delano,Jervaine,Hussein thank you for not only keeping us hydrated but entertained as well. As Garnett says “ magical” Nataki your talent never ceases to amaze us and we enjoy our little chats with you as well. We wish you all the best on the birth of your son . God bless La Papillon restaurant incredible food and ambiance. The staff Roxon,Chevy, Josef,Shevon and the supervisor Hussein thank you for making our dining experience(s) incredible. Room service always delicious Served hot and with a smile. Chef Martin. The absolute best. Thank you for the fantastic meals. The returning guest dinner, the VIP lunch,as well as, everything else you do and oversee. Outstanding chef ! The spa is a must visit and if you are looking for recommendations ask for Shurley or Cammile The beach butlers. The three amigos. Romaine, Daniello and Trevardo. You want for nothing with these guys around. Always there with a smile and a small chat. They make even the rainy times sunny. So fun and attentive Last but not least our butlers Duwaynie and Richard. We could go on forever about both of you and how wonderful you treat us. You make us feel so special even though we know you had 8 plus rooms to handle, you still made us feel like we were all you had to look after We know the reason why you have so many repeat guests when guests return. I can’t imagine anyone else looking after John and I. You 2 well, we really can’t say enough !!

Perfection!! The resort is beautiful, clean, easy to navigate, but mostly what sets it apart from other resorts are the people, the Staff, the manager Omar, always there to stop and say hello asking if there’s anything needed, the butlers!! Omg! AMAZING! We wanted for nothing, Neil and Chase, thank you both for making our vacation effortless, Simone in the loyalty depar**ent, I felt that she was like a long lost friend, all the wait staff from the restaurants to the pool and beach always with a smile, I wish I had more names, but here are a few, Danar, Demarco, Devoy, our maid Marlyn, always kept our room spotless, and such a sweetheart, I should mention the Beds and Pillows sooo comfortably! Anyways they will all be missed it was hard to say goodbye, Thank you Royal Plantation for a beautiful vacation, we couldn’t ask for more 💕❤️😘

Paradise in Jamaica! Small and intimate Royal Plantation is romantic and very beautiful. Excellent service is the key to making every guest feel pampered. Our butlers were simply amazing. Each experience was spectacular. Great bday celebration at La Papillon where the food and service were fabulous. We will go back again and again.

Beautiful resort with top notch service. Our butlers Tamara and Carlos made sure our every need was met. Garnet and junior in the Wobbly peacock made drinks at night very fun. The beach while small was groomed daily and chairs were available

My wife and I had a terrific seven days at this property. Fantastic food and attentive service. Our butlers were Johovan and Andre, and they are among the best butlers we’ve ever had. Simone in the Loyalty Office was beyond helpful. This is an amazing resort with a classy and classic old world feel, and we will gladly return soon.

First time at a small resort. It is an older property but fairly well maintained. Service was the best we have received. Our butlers were amazing. They and the rest of the staff were super friendly and tried to make everything easy and fun. Would recommend if you want a quieter getaway. Butlers were Anthony and Bebato - great team.

We just had a wonderful week at Sandals Royal Plantation in Jamaica. We were curious as to why the resort received such rave reviews as we have never been there before. I can tell you the service at this resort is unbelievable! If you are looking for very relaxing vacation, with your significant other, you will not find a better resort in the Sandals portfolio to do that in.

Beautiful property, very intimate and relaxing. The staff is one of a kind, they will treat you like Royalty from the minute you arrive. The beach and grounds are well maintained and gorgeous.

What an outstanding resort from start to finish! It was obvious that every detail of our stay mattered to each member of the staff. Everyone we dealt with went over the top to serve and was so friendly. The food, entertainment, clean beach, fun drinks, lovely room and quiet setting meant so much to us. We will be returning!!
