Rostrevor Hotel

We really enjoyed our stay at the Rostrevor hotel. The location is ideal if you love night life as it’s located practically in the heart of The Gap where theres tons of bars and restaurants for our enjoyment. The hotel, though dated, was kept clean and we found the rooms were quite functionally designed. We loved the mini kitchen in our room, which had a stove, fridge microwave, sink etc. The room felt more like a mini studio apartment. The breakfast though limited to 5-6 set menus, was tasty and satisfying. However our one complaint was the elderly male waiter who served breakfast at the kitchen/bar/ dining area was not particularly welcoming to us and seemed to be mostly passive aggressive during our interactions with him. The rest of staff especially all the receptionist at the front desk were very kind and accommodating. Overall great value for money 😊

Hotel was located right on the Gap. Food was great. Loved lounging by the pool and siping drinks. Room was oceanfront. Would definitely stay again.

Rostrevor hotel played a huge role in the enjoyment of our trip. The ocean front room with the amazing views, the pool, the central location to restaurants, shops, and entertainment within walking distance, and the helpful staff made our stay wonderful. Also, we got all of this for a reasonable price. I would recommend this hotel.

Brilliant hotel for the money...fantastic view from the balcony and very clean

The room is very spacious, but equipment is quite old. The shower doesn't work properly, water doesn't flow. Other than that, all good!

Good location right in the middle of the action not to noisy either loved my Seaview Room

Arrived to room to find the headboard was very dirty with what looked like embedded grease stains which had been there a long time . The maid agreed that it was very dirty but no offer of a change of room was put forward to me and it was clear the dirty headboard had been like that for a considerable time . I also got a lot of bites from staying here - mosquitos or fleas is the question ? I stayed there 3 nights and it was only after I checked out they were planning on a steam and clean of headboard .room 108 also was a very noisy room as the door to the room is opposite a late night music bar where I was kept awake till 2.30am due to the music booming.
