It can be reached within about a 10-minute walk from Oita Station. The room is spacious and there is a bathhouse where you can take a bath. The staff at the counter were friendly and allowed me to store my luggage in advance before traveling, which saved me a lot of problems. If you want to go to Yufuin, you don’t mind taking the train. It’s really convenient from here and you don’t have to fight for seats.

Although it's a little far from the station, they were very helpful in arranging taxis and providing information on pubs. I would like to use it again when I come to Oita for business.

"Even if it's just a meal, you have to walk about 10 minutes to find a restaurant." The location is honestly not good. Well, I guess it's a car idea.

整體來說有驚喜，頗滿意，房內空間剛剛好，需要的日用品都有，早上可換領便當早餐，服務正常。至於位置呢，這次去的各個地方都是在從大分站出發或在大分站前的巴士總站搭巴士前往（包括到大分機場的巴士），而從酒店步行到大分站大概是8分鐘，所以我覺得是方便的，可能住中央町那邊會更好，但大分整體來說也不是繁華的商業區，所以我感覺差別不大。此外，溫泉是很普通的澡堂水準，但這個價格，真的想體驗溫泉旅館應該不會訂這家。

I needed a place to stay suddenly, so I stayed here for one night. There was a hot spring on the first floor, and it was nice that I could take a bath until midnight and from 6am. I stayed in a non-smoking room, but it's common for business hotels to have rooms that smell like cigarettes even though they advertise themselves as non-smoking, but this wasn't the case here and it was very comfortable.

The noise outside was so loud I couldn't sleep. Maybe the window frame was out of place so I could hear everything outside. I don't think I'll stay here again.

The air conditioning is very ineffective. The soundproofing in the rooms is very poor. *You can hear other guests' conversations (normal conversations).
