The location is fantastic, right next to the JR station and the bus terminal. I've stayed at this hotel chain before in Hokkaido, and they consistently offer complimentary late-night noodles from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM. The hotel also has its own hot spring on the top floor and even provides various flavored ice creams, which the kids absolutely loved. The room was quite spacious with a great wet/dry bathroom separation. Highly recommend!

Conveniently located about 100 meters from Oita Station exit, making it quick and easy to get to. The hotel, as always, was very comfortable and the hot springs were fantastic. However, the breakfast seemed not as good as other Dormy Inn locations. Overall, still recommended.

This hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from JR Oita Station, to the left after exiting. It's also very close to Beppu. The bathroom features a separate wet and dry area, and the bedding is comfortable. The women's public bath has both indoor and outdoor pools. The complimentary ramen and ice cream in the evening are a thoughtful touch, and there's also water and snacks in the fridge.

I've stayed at Dormy Inn in many places across Japan, and this one in Oita felt just like home. The natural hot spring is their signature feature, and soaking in the outdoor onsen on the top floor with the autumn breeze at night just washes away all the fatigue from a day of travel. They also offer free ramen and popsicles in the evening. Their breakfast is pretty good too, with local specialties from Oita Prefecture.

Located right across from Oita Station's North Exit, the prices are great even on weekends. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the rooftop open-air hot spring, plus the late-night ramen, were all excellent. There are good dining and entertainment options in the surrounding malls, and it's just one train ride to Yufuin and Beppu!

We had a perfect stay at this hotel. Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and an amazing 24-hour onsen.

This is the best value-for-money onsen hotel I've stayed at in Japan so far. The location is excellent, just a two-minute walk from the station. The minibar in the room comes with two white peach jellies, and they offer complimentary noodles in the evening. After a hot spring bath, you can grab ice cream at night and lactic acid drinks in the morning. The value for money here is truly outstanding!

This chain hotel's main advantage is its proximity to the JR station, offering convenient access and affordable rates. It features an onsen and complimentary ramen, though other facilities are quite basic. The adjacent JR station itself has a wide array of dining options.
