Hotel doesn't have any Hot Spring / Onsen as advertised here. Disappointed as we book here because we would like to relax at hotel onsen. Pls remove the pics here as advertised you have onsen. Thank you so much.

I booked to stay for 2 nights, however, I can’t stay there anymore. The room is too small and too cold. We can hear the children talking, running and screaming upstairs. The parking area is separate from the hotel, it is very inconvenient.

Convenient location near to restaurants and nearby convenient store.

Very good breakfast

I stayed here on a business trip. The room was clean, and I was happy to receive a welcome drink (sparkling wine or coffee) 😃✨ The desk is spacious, so it's easy to do desk work! If you arrive late at night, the hotel's affiliated parking lot will be full, but since it's in a busy area, there are plenty of parking lots nearby, so it's not a problem. I couldn't use the breakfast because it was over my company's budget 😢I'd like to use it again someday with breakfast included.

The hotel's location is a 10-minute walk from Oita Station, and the road from the station also passes through a busy shopping district, which was great. There were many restaurants and shopping stores, and it was better because it wasn't crowded. I was worried because the reviews about the breakfast were mixed, but if it was a decent breakfast, it was delicious. There were reviews that the bathroom had a bad smell, so we took drain cleaner with us, but the three rooms we stayed in were fine. However, the twin room has 2 single beds and can only be used by 2 people, so 5 people were traveling and my nephew, a 6th grade elementary school student, also needed a separate bed, so we booked 3 rooms and stayed comfortably. Although their English is not good, the staff were friendly and made check-in and check-out easy. I plan to go to Oita on my next trip as well. It is easy to use by train between Beppu and Yufuin, and a trip to hot springs seems to be the best for traveling with seniors. The hot springs at Spa City Tenku in front of Oita Station were an alternative choice to hotels without public baths because you can enjoy both the view and the open-air hot springs. Oita is served by Jeju Air and Korean Air, making it a much more convenient city to travel to than Fukuoka. The airport bus takes about an hour from Oita Station to the airport, so it was nice to pass by and see Beppu.

The hotel is clean. Convenient for travel, reasonable price. I will come back on my next business trip.

Breakfast was a buffet, but there was a wide variety of food and even desserts🍰, and it was delicious. The staff's service was awkward, and although they were polite, I wondered if they were okay.

The hotel lobby is very grand, the rooms have been renovated, the only drawback is that the bathroom is not renovated, old, and has no exhaust (the bathroom is damp after taking a shower)

I went on a trip to Oita with my three children! The bed is spacious and there is a wide range of amenities! Get tipsy with the welcome drink ❤️ Breakfast was absolutely amazing!

The room was so cramped, with two large, two small and suitcases, there was basically no room for people to stand. The hotel is probably more popular with locals holding ceremonies or business invitations, but the building is relatively old. The bathroom is integrated, but there is a sewer inside. taste. There are sparkling wine and coffee machines on the first floor. You can ask for paper cups at the front desk. Other supplies can be picked up at the door of the elevator room.

I was also impressed by how clean it was and how there were two types of welcome drinks. 😊
