Gulf Dunes 607: Top Floor, Direct Ocean View, Beachfront Condo, Sleeps 6!

The condo was super clean, the view of the gulf was amazing, everything worked just like it should.

Room was amazing as was the location. Can't beat a gulf view condo like this! Just what my wife and I needed for our anniversary trip!

The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Being right on the beach was a major advantage, and the top-floor location provided beautiful ocean views. The host was excellent to work with—communication was prompt, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the welcome basket, which was a thoughtful touch. A few things future guests should know. Toiletries were not provided, and there was not enough toilet paper supplied for the length of our stay, so plan to bring or purchase additional essentials. The condo is located next to a public beach access point. While the convenience is nice, it also meant the beach was often busier than we expected. On several occasions, music from nearby beachgoers was quite loud. Because the unit overlooks the pool area, there was also some pool noise during the day. Another consideration is the security deposit. The deposit amount was substantial, and it remained on hold for approximately two weeks after checkout before being released. While it was ultimately returned, guests may want to keep this in mind when budgeting for their trip. Overall, the condo was well-maintained, the host was great, and the views were fantastic. However, if you're looking for a quieter, more peaceful beach experience, this location may not be the best fit. We have stayed in other nearby beachfront properties that offered a much quieter atmosphere, which is what we personally prefer.

We have stayed here multiple times and always enjoy coming back! The condo is clean and has all the amenities we need for a relaxing week on the beach. The beach is beautiful and there are many restaurants within walking distance.

All you need to bring is your clothing good and a willingness for a good time. The condo far exceeded my expectations, we will definitely stay here again!
