Azure 417 *** There will be an extensive beautification process at this location between 8/4/2025 – 3/16/2026. During this prolonged construction period, there will be construction noise that includes grinding and banging that will produce dust and debris around the property. Construction hours will be between 8am and 5pm. Additionally, each unit will be affected intermittently. During those periods the balconies will be unusable, balcony furniture will be removed and placed inside the units with the sliding doors secured to prevent opening. Workers will be present on swing stages on the south side (water side) of the building to complete the work. There will also be intermittent pool closures during the entire construction period. *** Located on Okaloosa Island, this four-bedroom, three-bathroom condo will easily become your Emerald Coast escape. How to Report Damage Please report accidental damage as soon as it occurs so we can assess and minimize the extent of the damages. The Damage Waiver does not cover intentional damage or damage caused by smoking, pets or other animals brought onto the Property, or criminal activity. The Damage Waiver does not cover damage to any structure other than the Property covered by your confirmed, non-fraudulent reservation. Renter is responsible for any accidental damage that exceeds $2,000. Damages for covered claims in excess of $2,000 or for uncovered claims will be charged to the Renter’s credit card.
