We stayed here as a family of three (mother and two daughters). We were greeted politely when we arrived at the parking lot by car. The food was also very delicious. The portions were just right for the women, but perhaps not enough for the men. The room and bedding were clean, and all the staff were kind, so we didn't have any unpleasant experiences or inconveniences during our stay. It was an inn that I would like to stay at again when I visit Suwa.

Walking towards the lake is more commercial and there are more shops. There are not many restaurants on the small road behind the hotel. In short, Google is a good method. The breakfast portion is not large, and the texture of the picnic is more like pickled mustard. It is quite delicious. I think the special tofu puff is average. ⭐Facilities: I forgot to take pictures of the room. The room I booked was not big, but it was clean and comfortable. I went there in the off-season and there was no one in the hotel's public bath, so I enjoyed the private bath for the whole time. On the day we went, the men's bath seemed to have three pools and a sauna. We were envious.

It is located by the lake, with newer decoration and a more modern lobby. I wonder if it was because of the fireworks display that day that I had to check out at 10:00. What was outrageous was that the hotel was unable to provide luggage storage, which caused a lot of trouble.

The interior of the inn was very elaborate, with a modern Japanese a**osphere. The room I stayed in had a Japanese-style feel and somehow felt nostalgic. The large public bath was spacious and I was able to bathe comfortably, and breakfast was served in a private room so I could relax and eat without worrying about being seen by others, which was very satisfying. More than anything, the staff's genuine smiles and friendly service left a very good impression.
