The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from Meitetsu Higashi-Okazaki Station. The fastest way to get there from Nagoya Airport is to take the Meitetsu Line with one transfer, and the last train at night runs quite late. The room size is decent and can accommodate two people.

My stay here was absolutely incredible, far exceeding my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was enveloped by warm and thoughtful service. The front desk staff processed my check-in quickly and even took the time to recommend fun local attractions and great restaurants. My room was spotless and tidy, decorated in a cozy and comfortable way, and the bedding was perfectly soft – I slept wonderfully. The hotel's location is also fantastic, with malls and restaurants all around, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. This hotel will definitely be my first choice for future trips!

I chose a non-smoking room, but the smell of cigarettes came from the ventilation fan and filled the whole room. Because the hotel was fully booked that day, I was unable to change rooms and had to spend the night suffering from the smell of cigarettes.

I came across this hotel at a time when I was in trouble after the Shinkansen trains were stopped due to Typhoon No. 10, but Okazaki Castle is nearby and it wasn't raining so I was able to enjoy a little sightseeing. There were no restaurants nearby so that was inconvenient, but other than that I had an excellent stay. Thank you!

I stayed on the 10th floor. The room was clean and relatively nice for a business hotel. The bathroom and toilet seemed very clean. There was no dirt on the bed, pillows or mattress, so I was able to relax.

The service was good, but there were only a few parking spaces. It would be nice if they had some amenities for women.
