When we checked in the ladies at the front desk were very friendly. We had two problems with our room though. The first was that our heater didn’t work. Someone came to our room to look at it, but wasn’t able to fix it. We were told the hotel was full and all they could do was bring us extra blankets. It definitely wasn’t an enjoyable stay being in a cold room. The next morning, half of the lights around the bathroom mirror had quit working. We began to wonder if maybe the room itself had wiring issues. When we checked out we told the lady at the front desk that the heater didn’t work and some of the bathroom lights weren’t working. She did apologize for the issues and said she would let someone know. It would have been nice if someone would have offered to try and make things right. We had traveled to OKC for the weekend to celebrate our 30th anniversary. I used my OneKeyCash to pay for this room and feel like I wasted my rewards.
