Very good and friendly staff, fantastic area, very good food, lots to do. Fantastic Would return again with all family and friends, extremely recommend families with kids all age. Very good value for the all time that we had in the hotel and surroundings. Thanks again 👍🇹🇷

Great hotel with nice service and good personal.Nice pool and really good beach bar with many drink options. Cool that you can order your drinks just with qr code and really fast service in all hotel area. Small but fun waterpark in near hotel

The reception was very welcoming to us. The service and restaurants very amazing. The rooms were comfortable and cleaning didn’t disappoint us. The food was delicious. We played darts and the animator was very funny and entertaining. We celebrated birthday here and all the organisations have been done perfectly. Great holiday for us for sure.

Brand new hotel, Everything is perfectly clean, fancy interior, thrilling waterslides, good evening shows and absolutely amazing deserts at the restaurant. The only thing that needs to be changed is the working hours of waterslides, it should be prolonged. Thanks to our personal manager Yaroslav our staying in Aricanda was as warm as it could be at home and as comfortable, pleasant and care-free as it could be in 5star hotel. There are plenty of guest relations’ specialists, but we were always waiting for Yaroslav’s shift, to have a chance to talk to him in person. meanwhile he was available 24/7, so we always stay in touch and he helped to work out any of our problems or make any of our wishes come true. He even assisted us as personal manager with things that goes far beyond his responsibilities as a hotel manager, negotiated with courier services to facilitate the delivery, helped with other staff and even surprised us with a fancy dinner decorated with flowers and other staff. For sure our staying in the hotel won’t be such amazing without Yaroslav. Make sure you will be allocated to him upon arrival, because it’s really unforgettable experience to meet such a kind and caring person, boosting your holiday to the highest level of joy and pleasure.

Very beautiful and relaxing hotel with friendly staff. We are very satisfied about the service. Thanks to necati en yunus for helping us and making our dinner special every evening. Also the environment around the sea is really nice, we did a little hike.

Holiday was great Lots of fun, Turkish cuisine is best! Thanks to our personal assistant Yaroslav. He was very helpful and always on his watsup. Highly recommended place Truly 5 star experience Also, they have a lot of places for kids, such as evening entertainment and even a little kids club. Good luck!

Great hotel, first line, good food, activities for children and very nice service. Big choice of drinks and good pool/sea areas! Nice rooms as well! Cleaning is good. Activities include several water sports, volleyball, waterpolo and several others

Hotel jest położony bardzo blisko morza, oferuje wysokiej jakości serwis, przepyszne jedzenie oraz roznorodne drinki, wiele dodatkowych atrakcji. Wszystkie nasze prosby/ potrzeby zostały wysłuchane. Personal assistant byl bardzo pomocny.
