Absolutely brilliant hotel, fantastic staff who couldn't do anymore for visitors, clean rooms and clean common areas, plenty of activities to occupy the kids during the stay and plenty of refreshments during the day including good breakfast and dinner options. We used the pool twice a day during our stay, visited the arcade and outside park / nature trails and outside games section and neither of my children wanted to come home. I 100% recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely be visiting again!

Elegant British state very close to Heathrow Airport, and to the outskirts of London. Would highly recommend for a long stay and for those who are interested in exploring the British rural life.

We took our kids to Legoland, and this hotel's location was super convenient for getting there quickly. The hotel itself is huge, and the garden is absolutely beautiful. A stroll through the garden became our regular post-dinner activity every evening. Plus, there's an indoor heated pool! The breakfast is your typical English breakfast. For dinner, there are two restaurants. The buffet was decent, nothing spectacular but certainly worth the £24 per person, and kids under 5 eat for free.

Beautiful location, the staff were very helpful but..the type of guests were snobby stuck up and entitled..we had dogs barking for hours in the next room, doors banging causing the room to vibrant at unsociable hours 6.30am and late into the evening. These people should learn some basic etiquette instead of thinking thr world revolves around them.

Lovely hotel. Rooms were a bit warm but we were in the middle of a heatwave! Signage around hotel could be better as I kept getting lost!

The staff and food at the hotel were amazingly good the decor was lovely. Only one complaint our room had no air conditioning and was extremely hot room 525.

The hotel boasts spacious green areas with plenty of activity spaces. The restaurant prices are reasonable, and the staff are very friendly. However, the rooms are a bit on the small side.

Lovely hotel and staff were very friendly and helpful - they kindly let us check in 2 and a half hours early as our rooms were ready which was very kind. However, there were some issues: terrible signal (but there is free wifi so not too bad); we paid for buffet dinner and it was not good, do not recommend at all; the cleaning staff knocked on my door at 9:45am shocked that I was still in my room (checkout is 11:00am) then asked when I was leaving (felt inappropriate and that I was being rushed as she was waiting at the end of the hallway for us to leave); lights in the room were very weak; the shower took over 5 mins for water to turn on and was not strong (not ideal was washing long hair). My family an I would not choose to stay here again unfortunately as there are many other hotels in the area for similar price. Windsor was lovely (would visit again) but there is nothing to do in old Windsor or anything near the hotel, so you are reliant on the hotel or uber.

We had a great stay. Room was nice and very clean. My daughter enjoyed the visit and swim in the pool. Great location and will be definitely going back in the future

I booked 2 nights here with my friend and our 2 sons. The rooms were small but immaculate, and we had everything we needed provided. The staff were lovely, helpful and professional. The only thing is, that the pool is small, and if you go in half term then you won’t have anywhere to sit or put your towels and the pool is packed.  The only negative is that although I booked it months ago, received reminders and confirmation, our booking wasn’t there. Thankfully, the staff were able to sort us 2 rooms next to each other which surprised me as it was half term.

Booked two twin rooms. The environment is really nice, and the manor is huge, so you'll need the manor map to get around. The rooms aren't very spacious, and my main complaint is the lack of air conditioning. If you're going in the summer, I'd seriously reconsider, as the rooms get incredibly stuffy without AC, and they only provide one fan. Breakfast was quite good though.

A beautiful estate and so much to explore nearby. It's quite close to Windsor center and only a few min drive away from Windsor Castle. The layout of the hotel was a bit confusing at first because the main hotel reception is a little hidden, but easy enough to find after one or two attempts! The room is reasonably spacious for two and fairly clean. I only wish there was a fridge! One of our curtains fell on the second day of our stay. We were out when it happened and found it fallen when we got back. We went to reception to let them know (this was around 1pm) and they said they'll send someone over to take a look. We waited in our room until 6pm, called reception again, and no one came. We went down to reception the next day to inquire again and were told that maintenance had left for the evening, but that they will be sent to our room straightaway the next morning. We went out the next morning, came back, and found the curtain completely removed!! No replacement. We asked reception if someone was going to come replace the curtain and they basically said they couldn't fix it at this point, and that they could change us to a twin bed room (we were originally in a double) that was much, much smaller. Not the kind of situation I would expect from a hotel that flaunts its customer service. We also asked for room service on all three nights and not once were our bedsheets/duvet changed (we had an orange juice stain in the middle of our bed that was still there every day). Overall the location is great and the hotel is super aesthetic, but we didn't like the fact we had to stay in a curtain-less room for 2 nights with no compensation or alternative (and had to chase them to even do something about the fallen curtain).

Overall, the hotel is pretty good. The room I booked felt like a renovated old dorm room, but it was still very clean. The hotel staff were very helpful, and the buffet was quite good too. Definitely recommend it.

The hotel is very nice and good place to escape from London to beautiful nature. Our room was quiet , the bed was comfortable. We tried also dinner and it was ok (buffet type for 22 pounds per person).
