Reasonable price, clean , tidy. The hotel provided shampoo, body wash, hot water, cups, tea and coffee. it's good for short stay although the other guest wont be quiet when coming back at mignight and leaving in the early morning. Overall, i will recommand.

First impression of the hotel….. drab.
Overall impression that lasted overall just maximum of 12 mins…. Horrendous.
Receptionist friendly enough when we got there.
Corridors felt like people lived there not a hotel .
Opened the door to the room and we could only stand there for 2 seconds . The overpowering dirty lingering smell of **** hit you straight away.
I told the receptionist we can’t stay there, he offered going to look for another room.
We couldn’t stomach staying there any longer.
They would not give refund so contacted trip . Com .
Took 2 hours to complete the refund after they offered 20 coins and 40 coins which I was arguing my point that the room was not considered fit for sleeping and even with a non-refundable booking, a room that smells of **** and is unusable or uncomfortable was violating my rights as a guest.
I was up till 1am trying to sort the refund.

Very friendly staff at reception and in the restaurant. Hotel is basic but has a comfy king bed and everything you need in the room m. Would recommend!

Pleasantly surprised, low price, but good budget hotel with all the essentials required. Clean, comfortable, ample parking, friendly staff, TV and tea/coffee making facilities. I had a good nights sleep and would definitely stay again.

Budget hotel. What you see is what your get. The room looked pretty nice in fairness.
Reception has vending machines and there’s access to several shops across the road.
Place might look a little dated like outside the rooms and in the bathroom.
I had trouble getting hot water. Seems to be a pressure issue on that particular side of the hotel. HOWEVER, the staff member on that day went above and beyond in fixing the issue. I really appreciated that.
I would stay here again for that price.

The hotel was ok for a one night stay, we had a concert at Heaton Park and the hotel was about a 20 minute drive from there..free parking and loads of spaces..for what we paid compared to what hotels wanted in Manchester and surrounding areas it was ideal

Very strange place to stay. Too noisy all through the night. People shouting and playing in the corridor. TV and radio blasting all through the night. Terrible condition of bathroom. Wouldn't recommend at all.
