Good hotel near the beach Maria Luisa.

They told me to wait for the room I had booked in advance to be cleaned up before I could get the keys to it. At first they said it was just an hour, then, it turned to two hours and so on. I tried to ask the staff what was taking so long and all they said is that the room was just getting inspected now. After waiting five hours one of my kids had to go to the room himself to see what was going on and, turns out that, after talking to the cleaning person, that some supposedly new people at the cleaning job had messed the time and room they were supposed to clean. Instead of admitting their mistake all they did was pour excuses, saying how it was almost done, even after five hours. I had to wait five hours with three kids. One of them was five. All we could do was go to the nearby swimming pool, before they got tired of it, obviously, and had to bear the cold after, because somehow the room was still not cleaned. If that wasn’t enough, on the same night after that, two of my oldest kids suddenly turned his head around to find a cockroach, in the middle of the night, which makes me wonder if any cleaning was actually done.

Lovely hotel, peaceful, immaculately clean. Alberto on the bar was so lovely and made the best Mojitos I’ve ever tasted. Had a lovely seafood spaghetti in the restaurant also so tasty and reasonably priced. Really hope to go back we had such a lovely stay. All of the staff were so nice. Thank you

Location pretty far from everything. One little shop near by. Pool has cold water and you cannot drink or eat anything your own, even water. You have to pay that from a pool bar. Room was nice with big balcany.

For a 3star hotel it is well worth the money. Clean with great facilities and friendly staff. Short walk to beach. Excellent

I went to albufeira for 7 nights and this hotel couldn’t have been better, they were incredibly nice and helpful and it is such a nice and clean place and would totally recommend visiting there 😊😊😊
