Probably the most depressing and dated hotel we have stayed in. We had booked for 8 nights but had to move hotels after one night. We were in room 222. We arrived late evening and the lighting as you walked in was quite dim and wasn't inviting. The lift up was very scruffy inside. The hotel corridor reminded us of a prison! The apartment was quite big which was a good thing. The kitchen area was ok. There were a few issues we noticed straight away, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. The toilet was not attached to the floor and wobbled. The balcony overlooked a quite noisy road. The patio door would not lock and there was water dripping on the balcony there was a bucket to collect some of the drips. It was quite dirty on the balcony with black mould on the wall. So it looked like the drip had been going on for some time. The furniture on the balcony was also dirty and cracked in places. The next day we addressed the issues with the receptionist. The handy man came and mended to toilet and tried to fix the balcony sliding door. He got it to close but it wouldn't open again. He said he would get the drip fixed but had to access a room upstairs to do so. We went to the nearby beach for a while came back to the room and it was still dripping so we decided to find somewhere else. The hotel understood our reasons for moving and gave us a refund for the remaining 7 nights. As we were leaving the room to check out there was a knock on the door, it was the handyman who said he had repaired the leak. Anyway it wasn't a pleasant place to spend a holiday. We also had a walk to the pool area which wasn't being used by anyone. The sunbeds were very dirty and the pool didn't look too inviting with broken tiles. In all my years of going on holiday I have never given a bad review, we have stayed in basic hotels before and been happy. Unfortunately this hotel had a bad vibe and we decided to escape! We found an alternative hotel and had a great holiday. I'm so glad we changed hotels.

After being moved here due to issues at the hotel we originally booked, this place turned out to be even worse. The room was in terrible condition. The air conditioning unit was leaking badly, soaking the floor. One day, there was no running water for over 8 hours, and another day, there was no hot water at all. When we raised the issue, the staff lied and said it was a city-wide problem — but after asking around, we found out our hotel was the only one affected. To make matters worse, one morning the electricity wasn’t working, and the showers were flooding, overflowing onto the bathroom floor. Combined with the AC leak, the entire room felt like a hazard zone. Cleanliness was below acceptable standards, the hotel was clearly neglected, and the staff showed little care or responsibility. There was no attempt to make up for any of these serious issues. Overall, this stay was an absolute nightmare — unreliable, uncomfortable, and filled with false promises. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this hotel entirely.
