We had an unforgettable stay. Very atmospheric and staff is most kind. Breakfast is very good, lots of variety, and very pleasantly served. Terrace is just wonderful, especially in the evening. If you are strictly tied to Hyatt & Co, this may not be your place. If you can appreciate to stay in a family-run place, with somewhat artistic flair in the old rooms then you will love it. Rooms are coherent to the place and Olinda; a little old, but charming (I am not sure if those Jacuzzis in the room are really necessary, but others may like them..)

I arrived late at the hotel for check in, I made the procedure and I went up completely exhausted of the trip, I went to bath and had no towels available in the room, I called at the reception and told me I had to go withdraw (??) OK. I went down, picked up the towels I asked a coat gave me a bed copper that wasn't heating anything and had no other kind of cover. My stay extended for 44 days but I went to another hotel that gave me the minimum comfort. The only thing that ”saves” is the service of the staff, all have always been very educated, at the reception, at the coffee and during cleaning, but it's all sad.

We stayed several days in the hostel, but the old rooms like 209, 214, in these numbers, need urgently a reform. Super dirty bathrooms, without cleaning on the shower part, seem to not sweat for years, waste of the bathroom with broken cap, the bathroom doors do not close right, the beds were swallowing in the middle and side. The room had no rooms to hang up the clothes, and breakfast could be better with other options, all day had sweet potatoes and another item that no one eat, and also had a day that Danone was grass.

I actually booked this hotel by accident (I was looking at their sister hotel, the Marante Plaza Hotel, which is right on the beach for basically the same price). This hotel is 2 blocks from the beach in the same neighborhood. Despite “Executive” in the name, this is more of a budget-to-midrange hotel. The lobby is very attractive and the exterior of the hotel is also nice. The hotel staff are pleasant and helpful. They have valet parking in the front (for a very reasonable price). Breakfast is included and is decent. The room we stayed in had a partial view of the ocean. It was sp****ly decorated. What I really didn’t like was the bed: We requested a double bed, but it was actually just 2 single beds shoved together. 1 plus 1 may equal 2, but 2 single beds don’t equal a double bed. I like to sleep in the middle of the bed, so I just kept slipping into the space between the beds. The pillows were possibly the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on. If it wasn’t for that, I’d have given them a better score.

What about a hotel with a 4-star dish and a dish for a guest? What about a 4-star hotel with only 2 bottles of mineral water in the fridge? I was hosted in the hotel and made a deep dish for the ifod. I went to the lobby bar and asked for a dish, a stick and a knife to eat in the apartment, and they didn't provide me and told me they were banned from providing guests for buying food in the food restaurant and not in the hotel restaurant. I asked that this had never happened in any hotel that I used to host and that there was no information in the apartment about that standard. I asked to speak to the plant manager, and he reaffirmed that he would not provide me with a simple dish and cut to eat, but only a plastic stick and a disposable knife were offered to me, which was spashed at the first movement. A hospedagem em si foi boa. O café é muito simples e tem pouca variedade. Pedi 02 refeições, a primeira veio com o frango do filé à parmegiana em quase sua totalidade cru, a outra refeição estava boa. Mas o grande problema é a vedação entre os quartos, é possível ouvir absolutamente tudo o que é dito ou é feito. This facility formerly belonged to the Best Western Hotel chain, and they still adhere to Best Western standards. Very professional staff with a pleasant, customer-oriented and proactive attitude, caring and always with a smile. On arrival I was immediately offered a glass of water. All my requests were carried out instantly within minutes. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of choices for Brazilian standards, even if the cooked components were pretty much the same every day. Very attentive, skilled and respectful restaurant staff. Cleanliness was just perfect. Very friendly and helpful housekeeping.
