The room was very clean, and the staff were friendly. They provided two complimentary bottles of water, and the hot water worked perfectly. We stayed in a King Room, and the bedding was spotless and made of goose down, so it was very warm.

The young man at the front desk was very helpful; he ran down to help us with our luggage up the big steps. He even upgraded our room so we didn't have to climb the stairs anymore. He was also very helpful in introducing us to restaurants, the surrounding area, and tourist attractions.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel has an excellent location, making it convenient for getting around. It's about a 5-minute walk to the Plaza de Armas and other tourist attractions, and the sunset view from the rooftop is beautiful. The room was clean and tidy, comfortably laid out, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The staff were friendly and patient. While there are a few minor details that could be improved, they don't detract from the overall experience at all. It's great value for money, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip. Highly recommended.

It was a quiet hotel, just a short walk from the square, and a great place to sleep. The staff were very kind and gave me lots of helpful information about sightseeing. The hot water worked perfectly, so there were no problems there.

The staff who assisted me were polite and kind. When I asked for advice about where to go for dinner, they kindly gave me recommendations. The futon was soft and warm. It was quiet around me, so I slept well. Breakfast was also delicious.

Aside from the poor drainage of the shower room, I would definitely recommend this hotel! Thanks to the kind and helpful staff, I had a comfortable stay.

The accommodation is in a beautiful location and the owner is lovely, but we did encounter a few issues: he forgot to book transport to the station, which was very early, and we also had to remind him several times to bring us the blanket. Even so, the location and the friendly service somewhat compensate for these shortcomings.

I had a very comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The location is excellent. I would love to stay here again! The owner speaks English and Spanish!
