Everything about Sauce was wonderful. The staff were particularly helpful arranging tours at the last minute and making sure we were comfortable during our stay. We highly recommend Sauce to anyone staying in the wonderful town of Ollantaytambo and the Sacred Valley.

We loved our stay at Sauce Hotel Boutique! Very clean, super friendly staff, comfortable bed, and a great shower with hot water and good pressure. Perfect location in the town center, just steps from everything. Would definitely stay here again!

Was a fairly basic hotel for the price, but had a very friendly staff. My room had fantastic views of the ruins. The free breakfast was quite tasty. Right in the center of town.

What I like - Location - It next to the Archeological sight What I didn't like - Charged me additional 5% fee for paying through credit card which was not mentioned prior to booking - Room has stink - Room Door knob didn't work properly. Had to get help get in - Bathroom didn't have proper Shampoo Conditioners - Towels were really bad - Not worth $122 per night that I paid. Had much better options available

Awesome Sauce! We had an excellent stay at this boutique hotel. The owner was kind enough to hold our luggage for us while we went to Machu Pichu with our backpacks only. Excellent breakfast made with fresh ingredients! Very thoughtful touches throughout the common areas. Convenient access to nearby restaurants. Overall an excellent experience.

I have never tried this hotel but want to give them 5 stars. I did the reservation online but had to cancel it for my personal reasons. They waived off the cancellation fee totally. Which worked in my favor. Thank you so much for doing that. Hope I can visit this place one day!
