The room is relatively small and the configuration is very simple. It is an economical and fast hotel. The overall hygiene is pretty good. There are basically no services. The surrounding environment is relatively quiet.

The location of this hotel is really good. It is close to many attractions. There is a Chinese restaurant nearby. The food is not bad. It is not far away. Recently, because it is almost Christmas, some markets have opened and it is very lively. The front desk of the hotel is very welcoming.

Well-located hotel close to the center, solid 3 stars, own spacious parking lot for a small fee of 100 crowns. Tasty breakfast, very good staff. I definitely recommend it.

We were pleasantly surprised: the hotel is clean, functional, friendly and has courteous staff, easy walking distance to the old city centre. Decent breakfast. Great for a short stay. We say this only because the room is a little small but otherwise very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Hotel in Olomouc. It was perfect location to explore the beautiful city. The room was very clean with all that was needed for an overnight stay. Blankets were thick for summer but the A/C helped cool us at night. I had made a booking mistake with the wrong date and the ladies at the check-in were very understanding. Gabriella was friendly, kind and spoke perfect English. The breakfast was great! We really enjoyed the selection and especially the homemade cakes offered. What a neat way to taste something uniquely from the Czech Republic.

I stayed with my son in this hotel for two nights...beautiful hotel, very comfortable garage with direct lift for the price of only 150 crowns, large spacious room, bathroom with a fantastic huge shower...the staff were kind and professional. But I have to say about two things: the first, the cleaning lady didn't come, so they didn't clean our room and they didn't even throw rubbish... nothing. and according to the breakfast, a small room for the entire hotel, with food that at 9.20 was almost all finished and was not refilled (until 10) we arrived two mornings and there was no place to sit so I waited 15 minutes. ..second day at 9.20 there was almost nothing to eat again so I only had cappuccino. Those like me who eat breakfast. Only dessert there is almost nothing. I will definitely come back but I won't want breakfast anymore which is absurd.
