It was my first time at this hotel. The staff at the front desk was nice and friendly, the assigned parking was a pleasant surprise. The restaurant on the other hand was a disappointment. As a hotel guest who arrived in the evening at dinner time, I had no choice of any food. The restaurant was full and they had no a la cart choices, only tasting menu! There are no other restaurants to go to in walking proximity so this was a huge disappointment. The breakfast buffet had lots of choices and again, breakfast staff was very nice. The wellness Scene was really nice, big pool would be nice addition. The girl at the wellness front desk was nice but had no clue about their products. The hotel decor was nice but not enough light anywhere which makes it feel like its not clean (although it might be). The room had nice size, sheets were clean and crisp but there was this ugly brown plaid all over bed. Everything in the room is brown (different shades) which is quite boring and ugly. Liked the storage armoir in the room and coffee maker.

Hotel de primera calidad , la relación costo beneficio supera las expectativas. Es un hotel con instalaciones modernas y en excelentes condiciones . La habitación es de lujo y muy amplia. Regresaríamos sin dudarlo 👍

Magnifique hôtel très confortable ,moderne et loin des gros hôtels plein de monde ,ce qui en fait son charme.
Attention aux séparations en verre qui jonche l’hôtel et deviennent invisibles sur un moment d’égarement. A chaque visite je fonce dedans 😂
Le restaurant est magnifique avec une cuisine très recherchée ,malgré une baisse d’originalité qu’il y avait avant le COVID et sûrement dû au départ du précédent cuisinier.

Podróż z Włoch do Polski i kilkugodzinny postój na nocny odpoczynek. Poziom hotelu, czystość komfort, wyposażenie pokoju okazały się absolutnym pozytywnym zaskoczeniem! Pokój ogromny, przestronny. Łoże podobnie: szerokie, bardzo wygodne. Powierzchnia materaca łoża podwójnego180/200 cm. Materac wysoki i wygodny, pościel antyalergiczna, rygorystycznie biała, bawełniana, bezzapachowa. To samo dotyczy ręczników. Na wyposażeniu pokoju również szlafroki i pantofle. Te pierwsze spełniają identyczne rygory co ręczniki i pościel, te drugie są jednorazowego użytku dla każdego z gości. Łazienka z podwójną umywalką, pełnym zestawem kosmetyków (również pielęgnacyjnych) i wszystkich niezbędnych przyborów toaletowych. Można zatrzymać się tutaj bez własnej kosmetyczki i szczoteczki do zębów. Wszystko jest zapewnione. Zasłony w oknach kompletnie zaciemniające przed światłem. Ponadto (oprócz wi-fi i telewizora) w pokoju znajduje się kącik do parzenia kawy, wyposażony w ekspres do kawy, zestaw kaw i dodatków (cukier, śmietanka do kawy), filiżanki. Całości dopełnia lodówka-mini-bar, dobrze wyposażona, a także sejf. Warunki zarówno snu, jak i pobytu niezwykle wygodne, bezpieczne i iście królewskie.

Interni moderni, camera spaziosa sono due aspetti positivi insieme alla possibilità di entrare per un tempo limitato (3ore) al piccolo wellness. Aspetti negativi: Camere molto rumorose con gli infissi che assolutamente non insonorizzate dai rumori provenienti dalla strada esterna ( rumori di tram e automobili tutta la notte) . Molto rumoroso anche impianto di aria condizionata in camera.. Colazione mediocre non all’altezza di un hotel a 4 stelle con IMPOSSIBILITÀ di ordinare “extra” presenti nel menù della colazione del room service.( esempi dei quali l’occhio di bue, semolino, uovo in camicia, uovo Benedict ecc).
