千萬不要來 晚退房兩個小時付了幾百塊 超了五分鐘退打了無數個電話 叫人安排在門口等着我們 跟***一樣 媽呀 我頭髮都沒有洗乾淨 我又不是貪小便宜一定要多待幾個小時 説什麼你們三分鐘解決掉 不然得繼續付錢 我真的服了 買的全包 餐廳都是要錢 衹是有優惠 自助免費餐廳沒有亞洲人 所以沒有亞洲人口味 連個炒米飯都沒有。
酒店房間很小 完全不值得這個價格 逗我呢…
前台服務那麼爛 就很想指着我們説了
果然那麼多差評有原因的 一直盯着我們説韓語 明明我們説的是中文 歧視太明顯了
戴着短頭髮的前台老闆 瞪着我們讓我們趕緊離開 拜託大姐 我又不是死要貪你們便宜 確實晚了點是我們問題 但是沒有見過晚五分鐘就這樣的人

沒必要吧 門口都不能進去讓我們立即離開酒店

我們住兩晚，第一晚住前台所在的那棟building. 第二晚是我們臨時加的，原本房間沒有了，後來幫我們調到前台馬路對面的二區。設備和房間，二區好。我們家更喜歡第二晚二區的房間。
如果玩滑翔傘和跳島，這個酒店的位置是最好的，出門就是海灘。跳島和滑翔傘走路都衹要幾分鐘。
這個酒店還有比較好，就是全包。三頓飯、下午茶都包含在房費裏。吃的還不錯，但是飲料不行。不過我們本來就衹愛喝茶喝白水。啤酒也是免費的。
入住時，前台會給你帶個手環，有這個手環，全酒店隨便吃喝。西瓜水果還挺好吃的，我覺得還挺方便的，省得出去找吃的。反正我感覺土國餐飲我都不怎麼愛吃。
跳島玩比較累，直接穿着泳衣，走路幾分鐘到酒店休息，好多很節省體力的。晚飯後沙灘散步也不錯。
我們是包三餐，每晚差不多3000人民幣。

Lovely hotel, staff are lovely , food is great , great entertainment, rooms are nice and comfortable . We would definitely return , also it's a ideal location on the beach, in reach of shops and bars. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel in a picturesque setting. This hotel ticks all boxes. Great location, own private part of the beach. Beside all the shops, and has a fantastic entertainment team led by Air. The staff are so attentive and look after everyone needs. We were here last year and will certainly be here again next year. Superb hotel and staff...

This trip was my first time visiting Turkey. I went on holiday with my best friend, and we had a blast staying at Club Belcekiz Beach Hotel. It was an eventful holiday. We want to return to beautiful Oludeniz- one week wasn't enough! All the staff were hard-working and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The front desk was supportive and hospitable. The cleaners were excellent and always left the room tidy and restocked. The food was lovely, plenty of options, and the chefs accommodated us. The restaurant and bar staff were helpful and friendly—shout out to Kadir and Cihan. The animation team was superb, and all members were engaging—a special shout-out to Ozi. There were plenty of activities throughout the day, and nighttime entertainment was enjoyable. Seda, Besta, Ozi, and Gokhan were my go-to dancing pals—I'd always end the night happily dancing and having fun. Lastly, our spa visit and boat trip were terrific. I highly recommend my family and friends visit Oludeniz and stay at Belcekiz.

Brilliant holiday again.. 8th visit to this fantastic hotel. Everything was great. Check in really quick, spotlessly clean rooms, lovely food, all the fantastic staff who are on the ball all the time and not forgetting the entertainment! We’re back again in October Great to see friends old and new

Just returned from another great holiday at the Belcekiz, our home from home, great to see everyone again .As usual staff were great always happy and ready to help. New activities team, under to watchful eye of Air!!😆 loving the new rooms. Can’t wait to return in October!!!
