Great entertainment area near library. Delicious food. Outstanding service. Mr Yasuke was extra helpful with transport arrangements for us.

Definitely one of the best hotel on omachi-tateyama. The room is quite big compared to other hotel in japan. If you trip with family and want to go to tateyama route alpine, you should book this hotel 😄

Serene place to be at. Its off season so not much people. The thing i like about here, i don’t really see much foreigner, other than those with tour group. Many local Japanese. The daily breakfast buffet is simple, not too fantastic. Also had their dinner buffet.. its about the same as breakfast…. Ordered lunch on the first day, it is alot nicer than the buffet! Love the onsen. And also the outdoor one that is within walking distance.

Hotel is perfectly clean and accommodating. The hotel breakfast is good, however the dinner buffet is a bit disappointing. Location is a bit far away from ski resort however it's peaceful and serene.

stayed for 5 nights，my kids loved it，and I enjoyed every minute in ANA，free shuttle bus to Goryu escal plasa is cheerful，everybody are so nice and helpful，would definitely come back

great hotel with many facilities including onsen, gym and swimming pool! other restaurants or convenience stores are very far from the hotel. however, the hotel has their own restaurant and food is great! hotel is near ogizawa station (15min bus ride)

Our favourite hotel in Nagano. It was an unexpected surprise to the end of our alpine journey. My husband didn’t want to leave this place and wants to go back to Japan just for this hotel.

Great service and attention to details at this resort. The room is as excepted, very clean, modern design, well lighted and with a beautiful view of the forest (Premium Room). The design is spot on with the toilet and shower room layout. The breakfast is one of the best I had. The range is not the widest, but the taste and presentation is absolutely gourmet level. Stay here 5 nights and the daily buffet breakfast never get bored.

The resort is really nice with lot of facilities like onsen, gym, kids room, etc. The room is big and nice.

The hotel located in an isolated location near to the Tateyama kurobe alpine route, it is great for traveller who are going to come sit this attraction. We arrived late at the hotel, all the amenities are closed except the onsen, recommended to go earlier to enjoy to the fullest.

There is a bus stop right outside of the hotel where you can take it to shinano Omachi station or the ogizawa station where it’s the start of the kurobe Tateyama alpine route. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful!

Nice Hotel with good breakfast

Fantastic hotel. Location is in a beautiful forest, with views of the snowcapped alps. 10min driving to restaurants or mountain viewpoints, trailheads. Staff is flawless, amenities over the top (swimming pool, onsen, gym, etc), good breakfast too. The best value for money we got during 1 month staying in Japan.
