Ran into a naked man standing at the elevator as I exited. He said he was locked out of his room. I told him to wait right there and I got him a pair of shorts. Spoke to the front desk shortly afterwards, and they confirmed he was a guest of the hotel. Otherwise, it was a great stay

#cc.eaglesclassof91 This was our first time as at the Alofts and OMG! These were the most economical and eco friendly lofts ever!!! Laura at the Front Desk was a peach! She gave us the “tea” on Alofts from the services to housekeeping to snacks and even healthy snacks! The bar area was AWESOME along with the bartender, named Robert I think. Anyway, Laura was great. She also fixed our breakfast when she was short staffed and my cold brew coffee! This little lady can do everyone else’s job. Didn’t complain and was happy to do it!! This establishment was very clean and affordable! We will be back and will refer others as well! LAURA IS THE BESTEST!!!

Housekeeping was terrible. Missed the basics like giving me clean towels. I ran out of toilet paper and had to call to ask for towels. The front desk staff was very nice and professional though.

Paid extra for a nicer room then we were given a handicap room as they didnt have the room we actually booked available. The lady at the front desk was SUPER rude upon check in (the woman at check out was great though) and refused to find a different room or charge us for a basic room. Since this was a non refundable booking we just took the room and moved on but i will NEVER give them another chance. One of my worst hotel experiences to date.

Beautiful interior and very friendly staff. We received complimentary breakfast (very yummy) after an issue with our mini fridge. The games in the lobby were fun to play after returning to the hotel from our concert which was an easy walk! Overall I’d stay there again.
