I tried two cards to pay some fees in front desk and didn’t work. I tried to use MasterCard and Visa. None of them work. Didn’t show any kind of help and I had to go out and get cash from outside to pay them, there’s no ATM in the hotel, Second, the air conditioner was making a loud noise that didn’t allow me to sleep, and it was leaking. As a traveler, I really don’t recommend this hotel. Please find another place.

The hotel's location is in the city center.

For those who complain about traffic noise. All hotels on busy areas will have noise. Don't be angry with the hotel. They cannot control traffic noise. How about investing in earplugs. I bring them everywhere, just in case. Get over yourself. When you leave for the day How about placing the card on the door to have your room cleaned!! How about mentioning it to the reception when leaving for the day!! Of course not, you prefer to complain. I've been here a week, and not one day has passed that I do not see the cleaners on the floor. Need something, kindly ask and they will be more than happy to assist you. Stop behaving entitle, and have some respect. Stop being cheap and expecting think you will be handed a platinum platter. Every one from the reception, security that is outside the bars, cleaners etc have been kind and curious. As well, just because your mother catters to you hand and foot, do not expect the same at the hotels. They are not your parent. Grow up and take responsibility! The bed is my mess 🤣 afterthought to take photo. Room is clean and comfortable. No complaints!

Staff not friendly, checking in was a nightmare door keys not working, dingy dark areas in corridors,lifts lights not working, vending machine not working, rooms and utilities not as they appear in pics food breakfast was average ,language barrier,noisy,very strict to have visitors,a place i will not return to. Only good thing was airport shuttle on departure day

Bars by the réception drink people too many security for the bar.you have to answer every one of them that you going to your room bad breakfast high music

The dining area was pleasant, with a calm atmosphere that was perfect for starting the day. Overall, my experience at Ambassadeurs Hôtel was enjoyable, with great service, comfortable facilities, and a satisfying breakfast.

One of the worst hotels I have even been to, Was not welcomed in friendly manner, was a fight and police at reception when I arrived, Was given a room with balcony door not locking When I arrived at my room, the cleaner was sleeping and was smoking in the room After checking in and going through the hustle, there was no WiFi and was massively interrupted and had to borough someone’s SIM card and topped it up to use it till 7am where the owner of the sim had to go home I must say, go anywhere else but ambassador hotel 0 recommendations for this hotel

Honestly speaking. It's good for the cheap price but could be a bit cleaner. Lifts are old and the lift door sensor dnt really work do doors squash on u. The room I requested when booking, wasn't the room I got. However, it was a massive room with queen size bed and a double, which were quite comfy. Bathroom bath too messy, it's like they patch painted bits of it. You can hear every noise from another room and in passage. View through the window wasn't good as shown in photos. Images advertised by hotel are a lot more different when you're actually there. Hotel had no source of clean hot water. So I don't recommend bringing your baby here. I had to buy thermost and bottled water and go to the cafe around the corner and get them to warm it. Air conditioning was rubbish in the room I got. Toilet couldn't flush properly, have to take lid off and press from in there. No iron, no kettle. Very helpful Staffs, 3 nice bars, regular room service.
