Hyatt Regency Seragaki Island Okinawa

This hotel was very nice, the lagoon pool was my favorite as it had a gorgeous view of the sunset and it was pretty deep to swim in. The beach area was underwhelming. The space to swim is tiny though pretty kid friendly if you go with little children. It closes quite early too so enjoying the ocean here was not possible. Also the view from the beach is the beach house hotel right in front so it is not a very beautiful view of the ocean there. We got a 4th floor room at first with the harbor view which was not to my liking. The staff helped me easily change to a higher floor which had a much better view. Fourth floor has a view is the parking lot, not very pretty. I suggest to ask for a higher floor as they are the same price as the fourth floor. The restaurants will accommodate for you if you have no reservations but it’s better to make a reservation or else you do have to wait some time to be seated. It was very nice that you can take breakfast in a box if you do not want to stay downstairs, this was a plus. Overall pretty nice experience though I stayed in other hotels in the area for a better price with better beaches.

The environment is really relaxing, the facilities are new and clean, twonswimming pools overlooking the sunset, the food at the restaurants are good. The staff are friendly and service is really good! For sure I will recommend to my friends and family members.

Very good hotel! Location is amazing, surrounded by blue sea, very beautiful. Room is big, clean, and comfortable, with nice view. Staff are friendly and helpful, service is excellent. Breakfast and restaurants have many choices, taste is good. Facilities like pool and spa are high quality. Overall, very satisfied, worth the price. Will come again next time!

Clean and spacious room. Awesome pools with great views. Breakfast spread is sumptuous and delicious. Only downside is parking, which needs a shuttle ride to get to.

Very good and very nice service, give us upgrade to a better view room. All family members are very happy. Hotel has private beach and have activities like SUP, banana boat. Very good!
