Aquasense Hotel & Resort

This hotel went above my expectations. The rooms are huge and the tub outside was an excellent way to enjoy the sunset and stay outside while staying away from the heat. The location is great but to walk to the beach you do have to go down the hill a little and cross the road. With the July heat it felt longer but totally doable. The stairs to go down to the main road that made the walk shorter. We did not have a car so I highly recommend driving to the location. We ended up enjoying our stay within the hotel rather than walking to the nearby beaches. Location is also very close to where the scuba trips take place from.

The room is modern, clean and spacious. You can see the sunset from the balcony which is very nice. The jacuzzi is outdoor and you can get complimentary salt from reception, however the water is not very hot.

Everything was perfect. Friendly staff, good food at breakfast (especially love their tea selection), spacious room. Sunset view from the room while enjoying the hot tub is definitely a plus. Convenient location with many restaurant selections nearby.

Totally enjoyed the stay. View from balcony and outdoor jaccuzzi was perfect. The many bath salts offered also added dimension to the jaccuzzi. Evening drinks coupled with live wind instruments was fun and relaxing too. Close enough walk to many restaurants nearby, a leisurely 10-20mins walk. They were also able to help make a dining reservation at a nearby restauant.

Good hotel, with a great room and ambience, and has great lobby lounge and free drinks, the pool is also amazing. Hotel service is good, but can slightly improve to be even better, as staff seems a little unsure in English sometimes but they do try their best so that is nice, mainly just nitty gritty details can be improved (e.g. no one waiting at the hotel drop off during arrival, or staff just watching us unload the luggage ourselves, or not leading us to the hotel lobby but instead having us walk ahead and figure out where to go). Also note that there is no gym / workout facilities. Location might also be a little hard to locate as you need to go into a small alley up hill, and the entrance is located in sort of a back alley of another hotel, but it does eventually open up to a small drop off. Car park is great though, direct to room. And the room again is 10/10. Overall, a good stay experience, will go back again for the good, comfortable and spacious room.
