When we arrived at the property we were told they had no reservation for us (though we had printed documents with a reservation number and an email from the prior day from ******* telling us about checking in). They told us that the room I had booked was not available for the price I had reserved it at. But because it was late in the evening they told us we could have two available rooms for free. But the next morning they told us we had to pay for the rooms, which I did. They then showed us what I think was a false document with the ******* name on it, dated a few days prior to arrival, saying our reservation was canceled. We never received such a notice from *******, and in fact the day before ******* had sent us the check-in hours, etc. Totally dishonest people. Plus the place was not all that nice anyhow. We then had to make another reservation at another hotel for our remaining two days in Zurich.
