AZ Hotels Grand Oran

One of the worst hotels I have ever dealt with in my life. For five days, you have been waiting day and night to make a reservation, but no one answers. I have stayed in this hotel several times. Everything about it is bad. The service, the food... I feel that the hotel needs to change the workers. You feel that no one wants to work, and there is also a lack of efficiency and professionalism.

The hotel is magnificent. The best I have visited in Algeria. The finishes are of a high level, and it also has spectacular convention halls, and a recently inaugurated Shopping Center that is the largest in Algeria. There is also a SPA Balneario where you can enjoy and relax. The experience has been fantastic.

We came to Oran one night for my friend's birthday. I mentioned during my reservation and reception that you were coming for a birthday if it was possible to have a candle, we never got a response! In short, it’s a fact. Arriving in the room we noticed that the cleaning was very poor, hair in the bathroom, seed peelings on the carpet in the room. We report this and we are offered to change rooms. In the second room it's not much better with a disgusting mirror in the bathroom, we point this out to the porter who tells us that he will report it to reception and more news. The breakfast is very good and varied but unfortunately the staff does not follow the girls (not all) chat with each other and clearly we are disturbing them! The room is comfortable but the hygiene needs to be reviewed, we liked the breakfast there is still a lot of effort to be made to be worthy of a 5 star at more than €250 or 5 million Algerian dinars per night we expect helpful, professional staff and impeccable hygiene!!! Access to the spa was offered to us to compensate for these defects but we were not able to take advantage of it. We remain rather disappointed with this experience which we will not repeat. I do not recommend the hotel which must review its standing to claim to be worthy of its price.

Hotel located in a quiet location 10 minutes from Oran Ahmed Ben Bella airport Very clean rooms with very comfortable bedding Staff attentive to the customer's slightest complaint or request Copious and varied breakfast Lunch and dinner with a buffet has a very wide choice, oriental and western Water park next door with direct access from the hotel with a supplement added to the price of the room Large meeting rooms and well acoustically insulated

I booked a premium suite for my little family with a price that exceeds standards. Hotel offers being very limited in Algeria where there is not much choice, I opted for this hotel despite its high price. I had to turn around at the time of check-in and not stay on principle for two reasons: - Access to the swimming pool and the Aqua park is not included in the price of the room, despite the fact that this one, as already mentioned, goes beyond the standards. - The reception asks for a DEPOSIT, yes yes, a supposedly 5-star hotel which requires a deposit of around €150 which should cover I don't know what! I am Algerian and I am ashamed of the hotel offerings in my country. A 5-star hotel, recently inaugurated which does not grant access to its swimming pool to its residents and sells access to its swimming pool to everyone, residents or not. And also, a hotel, not an apartment rental company, a hotel that requires a deposit!!!

A good experience, with satisfaction at all levels with a very warm welcome from the qualified reference staff I wish you good luck This will show that you are trustworthy, and the guests will then know that they are in good hands when 'they will book your hotel ÂZ grand oran which is committed to communicating with its guests, even after their departure, will certainly be attentive to other details of the stay such as cleaning, reception and communication. It's these little details that make the difference.
