The staffs were very welcoming. The facilities were all okay. However, the breakfast was quite disappointing. The bread was either burnt or not fresh. The area surrounding hotel does not feel safe.

The hotel facilities were great and everything was very clean. The breakfast  was good and well presented. The staff at Reception were extremely helpful and friendly, particularly Kawther who even lent us her personal phone charger for a day!

The hotel was quite nice and clean 👍. The breakfast was average, and the restaurant was pleasant. You need to be tall to open the front door because the motion detector doesn't work, so you'll have to wait for someone to open it for you. The young woman at reception was pleasant, but the young man was very cold; he didn't say hello at all and wasn't welcoming at all—it was hard to smile. Otherwise, the price was a bit high for such a simple hotel with nothing around.

We had a pleasant stay with our three children. The staff responded quickly to requests. Nacera, the housekeeper, was simply wonderful. She took great care of both us and the children. The daily cleaning was done with great care. I recommend this establishment and we will return, Insha'Allah. Thank you again to Nacera and the team.

Rooms were clean n tidy . Need to improve on the breakfast as most of the bread n pastry displayed were burnt. The toaster also not working . Location of the hotel is also a set back .
