The hotel is decent and clean, but there are some points that need improvement.

Parfait

The room was barely adequate. The buffet wasn't very extensive, apart from the salads which were good. The staff in the restaurants and cafeteria weren't very qualified.

Total disappointment: We stayed 4 nights on a half-board basis in a double room (couple + 1 child): The staff were welcoming, especially the parking team. The room was spacious, however, the carpet was worn, and the noise from the air conditioning kept you awake. On the other hand, the restaurant services (buffet and breakfast) were very disappointing. To have any choice, you absolutely have to arrive as soon as they open. If you arrive a little later, like we did at 9 am for breakfast, there's almost nothing left… which is a shame when you're supposed to be on vacation. The same was true for the evening buffet.

The biggest hotel scam in Algeria. I'm still amazed this hotel still has 5 stars?! Surely it's due to bribes, lol. Zero stars across the board, and it's getting worse and worse... unqualified and aggressive staff... very dirty room, and the breakfast... ugh, I don't even want to talk about it... you have to ask for honey... "Sir, could I have some honey? Please?" It's a disgrace. The products aren't fresh! Sorry, but the people who gave it a good rating have clearly seen nothing like this. Go ahead and downgrade it to 3 stars.

I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was far from clean: dust on the furniture, suspicious stains on the bedding and carpet. For an establishment of this standard, this is unacceptable. And the prices are truly exorbitant. The cleaning was clearly not done properly. I do not recommend this hotel and I will not be returning.

We went to try the spa, and it's an experience to be avoided absolutely! For a luxury hotel spa, I expected at least satisfactory, if not excellent, service and quality. We opted for the traditional package at 4,000 DA per person, which included a hairdressing session and a massage at 4,000 DA each. Unfortunately, the hammam was cold, as was the sauna. The person supposed to be taking care of me seemed to rush things. I even had to continue washing myself, as the steam bath was almost cold. When I asked for an explanation, I was told that this was due to the spa's recent opening that day. However, having an appointment at 1:30 p.m., they had plenty of time to heat the steam well before my arrival. Furthermore, the bathrobes were poorly presented: the towels were simply thrown into a ball, not even folded or properly arranged. For a total price of 15,000 DA for two, this experience was simply deplorable. I share this feedback in the hope that the managers will take matters seriously and train their staff to provide services worthy of their hotel. This type of service seriously damages the establishment's image, especially in a context where welcoming tourists should be a priority.
