SpringHill Suites Orange Beach at the Wharf

The front desk staff was wonderful. The only complaint I have is that the pillows hurt my neck. Everything else was great. The toll bridge was very slow, which doesn't reflect the hotel.

Very clean and the staff was great!!! Best part was the proximity to The Wharf and the amphitheater. We had a great time and definitely recommend.

The microwave in the room did not work and the interior curtain was not there. There were a couple of spots in the carpeting on the hallway. I was disappointed with the breakfast after reading all of the reviews.

Room was clean, beds are very good,had that wait about 40 minutes to check in due to low staff on cleaning rooms

We never got the sheets exchanged we suppose to have a balcony did not get it parking was horrible so not satisfied at all

SpringHill Suites by Marriott Orange Beach was exceptional on all accounts. Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and has wide variety of items that rotate throughout the week. Rooms were cleaned as soon as we left, so always perfect condition when return from activities. Staff was incredibly kind and professional. There is well equipped gym and large swimming area. There is great restaurant, Mile Marker 158, outside on the dock. Also, great shopping at the Wharf. Also, Dolphin and Sunset cruises departing from dock at hotel front area. Wonderful expereince!

The handicapped room (202) was spacious and clean. The problem was the beds! They were fairly comfortable but made a loud creaking sound whenever someone moved. I’m not exaggerating, the sound was like popping bubble wrap only louder. My granddaughter who slept on the couch would wake up. I couldn’t change rooms because this was the only one available with a walk in shower. The breakfast was ok. The restaurant next door on the dock was delicious and the outdoor seating on the dock was relaxing. We even saw dolphins playing! I will stay again just not in room 202.

I stayed for first time on Saturday night. From the time I arrived until my departure I was treated kindly and respectfully. I especially enjoyed meeting Jennifer at the front desk. You did good by hiring her.
